Is it too early to downgrade Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis’ dynasty value?
Being patient is a prudent strategy with most young quarterbacks in fantasy football, but not all. Here’s a look at where Levis’ stock currently sits to gauge if he’s a hold or sell for your specific situation.
Will Levis’ Dynasty Outlook
Levis’ rookie season started with a bang. The second-round pick took over for an underwhelming Ryan Tannehill ahead of a Week 8 showdown with the Atlanta Falcons and proceeded to light them up for 238 yards and four touchdowns on just 19 completions.
He was playing free, taking chances, and flashing the big arm that NFL scouts fell in love with during the draft process.

The game film had some flaws (underthrown balls, potential offensive pass interference calls that were overlooked, etc.), but the debut did showcase the skills of Levis that were NFL-ready.
The next two months, however, revealed what the rookie has to work on, and that list proved to be considerably longer than the list of professional level strengths.
After the debut, Levis threw four touchdowns on 226 attempts. Over that stretch, five quarterbacks had a touchdown rate of 2% or less.
- Zach Wilson: 2%
- Will Levis: 1.8%
- Easton Stick: 1.7%
- Trevor Siemian: 1.3%
- Bryce Young: 1.3%
That’s not exactly a list you want your franchise QB to be a part of — and one that is far from fantasy radars.
The Titans seem to have a decent feel for where Levis is comfortable. Their top four receivers are all over 6’0″ while Chigoziem Okonkwo is a “plus” athlete at the tight end position, and Tyjae Spears offers more versatility than Derrick Henry.

They may lack high-end talent or prospects, but at the very least, they have the type of targets that would seem to mesh well with Levis as he looks to develop.
Does that make him fantasy viable in 2024? No, probably not, given the amount of growth that needs to happen. but that doesn’t mean he should be completely off of your radar when it comes to building a well-rounded dynasty team.

Should You Trade Levis in Dynasty?

Dismissing Levis after his rookie season is dynasty malpractice. He might not be a fantasy asset now, but we don’t yet know anything about whether he’ll be able to cash in on the potential that most of us believe he has.
First Nine NFL Starts
- Will Levis: 58.4% CMP, 84.2 passer rating, 7.1 yds/att, 3.1% TD rate
- Andrew Luck: 57.5% CMP, 79.1 passer rating, 7.3 yds/att, 2.8% TD rate
Tennessee needs to build around Levis, and dynasty fantasy managers should be looking to do the same. Instead of trading him away, stash Levis on your bench and build around him as an asset who is set to help you out down the road.
That means building a win-now roster and treating Levis as a dynasty extender. His price in the trade market is lower than it was when he was drafted, which prices me out of moving him. In that vein, use him as a foundational piece for 2025 and beyond.
That’s the beauty of deep dynasty rosters — you can both build for the future and compete now. That is, use your depth to strengthen your future outlook with upside players while investing heavily in your 2024 starting lineup.

There’s a lot of talent coming into the NFL at the QB position this season. By taking the patience approach with Levis, you can leverage your first-round pick in your rookie draft this season and potentially build a “super team” while also having access to a high-pedigree quarterback who could turn into an asset down the road.
