The Tennessee Titans have endured a challenging 2025 season, and with a 3-13 record heading into their final game of the year, the team has nothing but pride left to play for.
However, the circumstances are different for running back Tony Pollard, who has a chance to make some serious cash during the Week 18 matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Titans RB Tony Pollard Aiming to Make Nearly $500,000 in Week 18
Big money is on the line for Pollard in Week 18, but he won’t see that cash without a massive performance in his team’s final game of the season.
According to Over The Cap’s incentive watch, Pollard has two incentives within reach in the final week of the season. Pollard can cash an incentive worth $250,000 if he can hit a threshold of 1,100 rushing yards. Currently with 1,034 yards heading into Week 18, Pollard needs just 66 rushing yards to cash the bonus.
Pollard can also cash a second incentive in Week 18. If Pollard can record two rushing touchdowns against the Jaguars, the running back will see an extra $200,000 cashed into his contract. Pollard, who has tallied five rushing touchdowns this season, needs to reach seven on the season to hit his bonus target.
Pollard has an excellent opportunity to add to his total career earnings in Week 18. The veteran running back, who is about to complete his seventh season in the NFL, has amassed a total of $28,565,978 in career earnings up to this point. Pollard signed a three-year, $21,750,000 contract with the Titans back in 2024. The running back has one more year on his deal and is expected to be an unrestricted free agent following the conclusion of the 2026 NFL season.
Looking at Pollard’s 2025 Season
In Pollard’s second season with the Titans, the running back has taken a slight step back from his 2024 season. Through 16 games, Pollard has recorded 1,034 rushing yards and five rushing touchdowns, numbers that are ever so slightly down from last season. The running back has taken a significant step back in the pass-catching game, recording 30 receptions for 189 yards.
According to PFSN’s RB Impact Metrics, Pollard has a score of 77.2 (C+), which ranks 25th in the NFLÂ among all eligible running backs.
The Titans have struggled in nearly all aspects of the game in 2025, and the team’s ground game is no exception. Pollard now heads into Week 18 hoping to make $450,000 worth of bonus money and end the 2025 season on a high note. The Titans themselves could be looking to play spoiler against their division rival, the Jaguars, who are seeking to clinch the AFC South.
