Where Did the 27 Players Traded by the Deadline End Up?

A whopping 27 players saw moves from the start of the regular season to the conclusion of the 2025 trade deadline.

There were also 18 total trades from Oct. 1 to trade deadline day this season, tied with 2022 and 2024 for the most in that time period in a season.

    7) QB Joe Flacco | Cleveland Browns to Cincinnati Bengals

The Cleveland Browns traded Joe Flacco, a 40-year-old former Super Bowl MVP, to the in-state rival of the Cincinnati Bengals after benching him in favor of third-round rookie Dillon Gabriel.

Shortly before Tuesday’s deadline, Indianapolis executed a blockbuster deal to acquire two-time All-Pro cornerback Sauce Gardner from the New York Jets. The Jets received two first-round picks (2026 and 2027) and embattled Colts receiver Adonai Mitchell in the deal.

    9) S Alohi Gilman | Los Angeles Chargers to Baltimore Ravens

    10) OLB Dre’Mont Jones | Tennessee Titans to Baltimore Ravens

    13) WR Jakobi Meyers | Las Vegas Raiders to Jacksonville Jaguars

In a move also made the same day as the deadline, the Las Vegas Raiders traded wide receiver Jakobi Meyers to the Jacksonville Jaguars in exchange for fourth- and sixth-round picks.

    14) WR AD Mitchell | Indianapolis Colts to New York Jets

AD Mitchell will be getting a fresh start with the New York Jets after being traded by the Indianapolis Colts. In all, the Jets will receive Indianapolis’ first-round picks in 2026 and 2027, plus Mitchell, in exchange for Gardner just mere hours ahead of the 4:00 p.m. EST deadline.

    15) CB Greg Newsome II | Cleveland Browns to Jacksonville Jaguars

We previously touched on the Newsome trade in our section on Campbell. For a refresher, the Browns traded cornerback Newsome and a 2026 sixth-round draft pick to the Jacksonville Jaguars. In exchange, Cleveland received cornerback Campbell and a 2026 seventh-round draft pick.

“Obviously in Cleveland, you’re sitting there mad: ‘We’ve got to find a way, we’ve got to find a way,'” Newsome said in his first public comments since the trade. “And then when I get here I’m like, ‘Wow, we just won.’ Obviously I didn’t play, but we just won. So, yeah, it feels amazing. I’m just going to try to do my best to help them keep this upward trend up.”

    16) OLB Odafe Oweh | Baltimore Ravens to Los Angeles Chargers

Back on Oct. 7, the Baltimore Ravens traded edge Odafe Oweh and a future seventh-round draft pick to the Chargers in exchange for safety Alohi Gilman and a 2026 fifth-round choice.

    17) OL Trevor Penning | New Orleans Saints to Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers also added New Orleans’ offensive lineman Trevor Penning at the deadline.

    18) DB Ja’Sir Taylor | Los Angeles Chargers to New York Jets

New York acquired cornerback Ja’Sir Taylor from the Chargers for a conditional seventh-round pick in the 2028 draft.

This was the last move made by the Jets right before the deadline buzzer.

The Philadelphia Eagles added another player to their defense ahead of the NFL trade deadline, acquiring outside linebacker Jaelan Phillips from the Miami Dolphins on Monday.

Just two days after starting edge rusher Dayo Odeyingbo suffered a season-ending Achilles tear against the Cincinnati Bengals, the Bears sent a 2026 sixth-round pick to the Browns in exchange for Joe Tryon-Shoyinka and a 2026 seventh-round pick.

    25) DE Keion White | New England Patriots to San Francisco 49ers

DE Deion White was dealt away from new head coach Mike Vrabel and the Patriots at the same time as the previously referenced Dugger. White and a 2026 seventh-round pick were acquired by San Francisco on Oct. 29 in exchange for a 2026 sixth-round pick.

    26) DT Quinnen Williams | New York Jets to Dallas Cowboys
