Ravens TE Mark Andrews Shows Off His Offseason Grind in Viral Workout With Fiancée Elena Yates

Mark Andrews viral workout video with Elena Yates proves the Ravens star is not coasting after his $39M contract extension.

Offseason videos usually fall into two categories. Some are clearly staged for social media, and others give a more natural look at how players actually spend their time away from the facility. Ravens tight end Mark Andrews’ latest clip landed somewhere in the middle, showing both the work and the lifestyle around it.

The Ravens tight end recently went viral after appearing in a workout video alongside his fiancée, Elena Yates. The setting looked relaxed, but the routine itself showed Andrews is already deep into his offseason prep.

Mark Andrews and Elena Yates Share Offseason Workout Routine

MLFootball shared the video on X. In the clip, Yates asks Andrews what the workout plan is for the day, and his answer shows how he is approaching the offseason.

“We are going to go on a run to my parents’ house,” Andrews said. “About a mile. Then work out in the back quarter. Push some sleds, do some leg workouts. It is going to be awesome.”

The rest of the video showed exactly that. Andrews and Yates ran together, worked through sled pushes and lower-body exercises, and looked like they were enjoying the session while still getting meaningful work in. It had the feel of a player staying locked in without making the offseason look overly serious or manufactured.

That is not a small thing for Andrews at this stage of his career. He is now 30, coming off another productive season, and remains a major part of Baltimore’s offense heading into 2026. Andrews ranked 54th in PFSN’s Tight End Impact Metric this season.

Baltimore reinforced that in December 2025 when it signed Andrews to a three-year, $39.3 million extension, keeping him under contract through the 2028 season. The move reflected how the organization still views him as a central piece of the passing game and a trusted target for Lamar Jackson.

Andrews has earned that standing over time. Since entering the league in 2018, he has become Baltimore’s all-time leader in receptions, receiving yards, and touchdown catches, building a résumé that includes three Pro Bowls and a first-team All-Pro season. He has never really stopped being a matchup problem, especially in condensed areas of the field where Jackson has leaned on him for years.

That matters even more now because the Ravens’ tight end room looks a little different from it did a year ago. Isaiah Likely has signed with the New York Giants, and Baltimore still has to sort out how it wants to replace that second receiving presence behind Andrews. The front office has already been linked to veteran possibilities, and the position remains a spot worth watching.

Still, none of that changes who Andrews is in the offense. He is still the player Baltimore trusts most at the position, and videos like this are a reminder that he is not coasting into the next phase of his career.
