Top Kickers To Start in Week 9
Harrison Butker, Kansas City Chiefs
The Kansas City Chiefs offense sputtered in Week 8 against the Denver Broncos, but they should be back up and firing on all cylinders this week against the Miami Dolphins in a potential battle for the AFC crown.
There are going to be points flying up on the board this week, and Harrison Butker is going to see the field plenty in this matchup. He’s a solid top-five play at the kicker position going into Week 9.
Blake Grupe, New Orleans Saints
For kickers in fantasy football, you’re often looking for players who are attached to high-scoring games or matchups against softer defenses where their team can light up the scoreboard.
We have the latter in Week 9 for the Saints and Blake Grupe against the Chicago Bears defense that’s struggling to slow down opposing offenses this season (to put it nicely).
Grupe should see the field plenty this week, and the opportunity to drill several field goal attempts will be there as the Saints move the ball.
