QB Daniel Jones: Indianapolis Colts

Daniel Jones quietly experienced a revival in Indianapolis, helping push the Colts to the brink of the playoffs before suffering a season-ending Achilles injury. While that injury is tough to come back from, quarterbacks always have a market, and Jones should be no exception.

The best landing spot is staying put. The Colts’ offense noticeably stalled after Jones went down, as teams keyed in on Jonathan Taylor, who still ranked third in the PFSN NFL RB Impact Metrics (84.4). Jones’ mobility and willingness to push the ball unlocked Taylor and the offense. Indy doesn’t have much behind him, making continuity the smartest play.

QB Aaron Rodgers: Pittsburgh Steelers

Another “run it back or retire” situation. Aaron Rodgers somehow guided the Steelers to the playoffs, but he clearly wasn’t himself, ranking just No. 29 in the PFSN NFL QB Impact Metric (71.4). That number reflects what the market likely already knows: his options are limited.

Pittsburgh offers familiarity, stability, and a defense good enough to mask decline. Anything else would feel like forcing it.

WR George Pickens: Buffalo Bills

The Bills’ window is now. After firing Sean McDermott, general manager Brandon Beane has no excuses left. Josh Allen needs a true alpha target, and Pickens is the best one available.

George Pickens is a nightmare underneath and one of the league’s premier contested-catch and vertical threats. He finished in the top three in the PFSN NFL WR Impact Metric and proved what he can do with competent quarterback play. This move screams urgency.

EDGE Trey Hendrickson: Dallas Cowboys

Dallas already added Quinnen Williams, but balance is still needed. Instead of paying top dollar for a receiver, they invest in pass rush.

Hendrickson made four straight Pro Bowls in Cincinnati and recorded 17+ sacks in back-to-back seasons earlier in his career. Even in a down year statistically (4 sacks), he posted an elite 86.4 score, ranking 12th on the PFSN NFL EDGE Impact metrics. The Cowboys need that consistency.

EDGE Jaelan Phillips: Philadelphia Eagles

Philly doesn’t let elite talent walk, and Jaelan Phillips isn’t going anywhere.

After arriving from Miami at the trade deadline, Phillips looked like a different player. His size, explosiveness, and versatility make him perfect for Vic Fangio’s defense. Expect the Eagles to lock him up, potentially via the franchise tag.

C Tyler Linderbaum: New York Jets

If Tyler Linderbaum actually hits free agency at 25, teams will line up. The Jets have cap space and could turn a solid offensive line into an elite one.

Linderbaum has been instrumental in opening lanes for Derrick Henry, who remains near the top of the league in rushing despite his age. New York would love to add that kind of foundational piece.

WR Alec Pierce: Denver Broncos

Bo Nix needs another outside weapon. Pierce provides exactly that.

Alec Pierce averaged 11.9 yards per target, second-best in the NFL, and pairs well with Courtland Sutton as a vertical and red-zone threat. Denver’s defense is elite; this offense needs one more big-play element.

RB Breece Hall: Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs know they need more juice in the backfield. Kareem Hunt and Isiah Pacheco aren’t enough.

Kansas City nearly traded for Breece Hall at the deadline, and the fit is obvious. His pass-catching ability gives Patrick Mahomes a dangerous outlet as Mahomes continues working back from injury. Hall could immediately rank among the league leaders in RB receiving production.

LB Quay Walker: Miami Dolphins

Quay Walker’s size-speed combination is tailor-made for today’s NFL. He can cover, run, and handle contact in the box.

With Jeff Hafley now the head coach in Miami and Green Bay declining Walker’s fifth-year option, this reunion makes sense. Walker fits perfectly in a defense that needs athletic linebackers.

TE Kyle Pitts: Atlanta Falcons

Kyle Pitts staying in Atlanta suddenly makes a lot more sense under Kevin Stefanski.

Pitts finally broke out this season, showing the player many expected earlier. With Bijan Robinson, Drake London, and Pitts, Atlanta has one of the most exciting young trios in football. Stefanski thrives when he has versatile weapons, and Pitts is exactly that.

WR Mike Evans: Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Let’s be honest, Mike Evans isn’t leaving.

Despite injuries ending his streak of 11 straight 1,000-yard seasons, Evans remains one of the most dangerous red-zone and vertical threats in the league. He and Baker Mayfield have chemistry, and Tampa Bay fans would riot if he walked. Buccaneer for life.

RB Javonte Williams: Washington Commanders

Washington can afford to gamble. With Jayden Daniels on a rookie deal, the Commanders can invest in a physical run game.

Javonte Williams is coming off a career year with over 1,200 rushing yards and a top-10 NFL PFSN RB impact grade (74.5). Dan Quinn gets back to a hard-nosed identity while protecting his young quarterback.

OT Rasheed Walker: Los Angeles Chargers

Rasheed Walker has played over 900 snaps at left tackle in three straight seasons and isn’t a liability in pass protection.

That reliability alone makes him one of the most valuable linemen on the market. Jim Harbaugh loves trench play, and after watching Justin Herbert get battered, this move feels inevitable.

CB Tariq Woolen: Detroit Lions

Detroit’s secondary needs help; no more excuses.

Tariq Woolen thrived in press-man and Cover 3 earlier in his career and still graded well in 2025 (81.7 CB Impact Score, No. 27 overall). His length and athleticism make him an ideal addition to a defense in need of reinforcements.

QB Malik Willis: New York Jets

The Jets may try this again.

With no clear quarterback at No. 2 overall and Dante Moore returning to school, Malik Willis becomes an intriguing option. He flashed in limited action, filling in for Jordan Love. The talent is there; whether the Jets can develop him is the real question.

WR Jauan Jennings: New Orleans Saints

San Francisco won’t fall for it again.

After committing big money to Brandon Aiyuk, the Niners let Jauan Jennings walk. While his WR Impact Score (71.1) ranked No. 77, he scored nine touchdowns in limited action. Pairing him with Chris Olave gives Tyler Shough another red-zone threat.

OL Braden Smith: Indianapolis Colts

The Colts value trench dominance, and Smith is a big part of that.

Keeping Braden Smith helps Taylor stay productive and protects Daniel Jones, who is coming off an injury. Expect Indy to prioritize continuity up front.

RB Travis Etienne: Jacksonville Jaguars

Travis Etienne isn’t going anywhere.

He’s rushed for over 1,000 yards in three of four healthy seasons and remains one of the league’s best dual-threat backs. With over 1,300 scrimmage yards and elite receiving production, he’s a cornerstone of Jacksonville’s offense.

TE Isaiah Likely: New York Giants

Likely follows John Harbaugh to New York.

Harbaugh loves tight ends, and Isaiah Likely gives rookie Jaxson Dart another reliable weapon. Paired with Theo Johnson, the Giants could recreate the Andrews–Likely dynamic that worked so well in Baltimore.

LB Devin Lloyd: Tennessee Titans

This one feels perfect.

Robert Saleh is now in Tennessee, and Devin Lloyd fits his linebacker mold to a tee: rangy, athletic, and versatile. Lloyd ranked No. 10 in splash plays on the PFSN NFL LB Impact metrics and third in QB hits among linebackers. Expect him to thrive as a defensive chess piece.

No, the Chargers are not going to pay top money for a left tackle. They have two ALL-PROs! They were just hurt this year. They need guards and a center.
