What is Tyler Warren’s Salary and Net Worth?

Tyler Warren is set to sign a fully guaranteed four-year, $20.9 million contract with the Colts, according to Spotrac. His rookie deal also includes an $11.8 million signing bonus and features a fifth-year option for the 2029 season.

However, another source, On3.com, citing Spotrac again, reports slightly different numbers, indicating a four-year contract worth $18,806,406 with a $10,317,382 signing bonus.

Despite the slight discrepancies between reports, what remains clear ͏is ͏that ͏Warre͏n is ͏cashing in early in his career. His standout 2024 season at Penn State,͏ where he caught 104 passes for 1,233 yards and ͏eight touchdowns over͏ ͏16 games, firmly established his value. Warren was recognized nationally, winning the prestigious ͏John Mackey Award ͏and finishing seventh in Heisman voting.

Draft experts have been overwhelmingly positive about Warren. Dane Brugler of The Athletic described him as “an agile-footed big man who naturally tracks the football with dependable hands and a hunger to create after the catch.”

Meanwhile, NFL.com’s Daniel Jeremiah noted, “Defenders simply can’t get through his body to make plays on the ball,” highlighting his strength and ball skills. Lance Zierlein compared him to two-time Super Bowl champion Jeremy Shockey, calling him “the ultimate ‘whatever, whenever’ player in the 2025 draft with the size, athleticism and competitive spirit to make good on his intentions.”

With his lucrative rookie contract and widespread praise, Warren is poised for a bright NFL future both on and off the field.

    Warren’s NIL Deals and Valuation

Before stepping onto an NFL field, Tyler Warren had already built a strong financial foundation through his NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) activities. Following his record͏-͏breaking performance in Penn State’s overtime win against U͏SC͏, Warren’s NIL valuation soared to $511,000. His success on the field also led͏ to a major increase in͏ his social media presence, with his Instagram͏ following ͏jumping from 4,000 to 14,0͏00.

Warren was affiliated with Happy Valley United, Penn State’s official NIL collective, which launched a “Retain The Roar” campaign aiming to raise $500,000 to retain top talent. Although he currently holds a few brand deals, experts anticipate that his growing fame will lead to even more endorsement opportunities.

Head coach James Franklin summed it up best after Warren’s big game: “I’ve been talking about Tyler Warren being the best tight end in college football. But the reality is he’s now part of the conversation as one of the best players in all of college football.”
