Serena Williams’ husband, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, recently enjoyed a wholesome day with their daughters, Olympia and Adira. He took his little girls on a food tour in Austin, Texas.
Williams and Ohanian first met in a hotel in Rome in 2015 and got engaged there in Dec. 2016. Their first daughter, Olympia Ohanian, was born on Sep. 1, 2017, and the couple married at the Contemporary Arts Center in New Orleans in November of that same year. Their second daughter, Adira River Ohanian, was welcomed into the family in Aug. 2023.

Ohanian frequently shares pictures and videos of the special moments he spends with his family on social media. He recently posted a picture of himself and Olympia standing in front of Round Rock Donuts, an iconic doughnut shop in Austin that has been serving customers for 100 years.
The tech entrepreneur also shared another photo featuring both Olympia and Adira at Terry Black’s Barbecue restaurant, where the family learned some barbecuing techniques. In his post, Ohanian expressed gratitude to the restaurant for their hospitality.
“Thank you so much @terryblacks_bbg !! Learned a few things. So good,” Ohanian captioned his Instagram story.

Earlier this month, Sports Illustrated featured Ohanian in an article recognizing his investments in women’s sports and his support for various women’s sports initiatives. The 42-year-old is the founding controlling owner of Angel City FC, a professional soccer team. He also co-owns the Los Angeles Golf Club, has invested in League One Volleyball (LOVB), founded Athlos, and has acquired a 10% stake in Chelsea FC Women, among other things.
On the tennis side of things, Williams, who turned professional in 1995, retired in 2022 after competing at the US Open. During her career, she won a total of 39 Grand Slam titles, including 23 singles titles, 14 doubles titles alongside her sister Venus Williams, and two mixed doubles titles with Max Mirnyi.
Williams achieved the No. 1 ranking in both singles and doubles in the WTA rankings, claimed four Olympic medals, and achieved many other accomplishments. In December 2025, her name appeared on the International Tennis Integrity Agency’s (ITIA) anti-doping testing pool list, sparking rumors about a potential return to professional tennis. As of Feb. 22, 2026, her name appears as reinstated on the ITIA website.
