After dealing for Tennessee Titans edge rusher Dre’Mont Jones, the Baltimore Ravens’ 2026 draft choices have been updated.
In exchange for the edge, Baltimore gave up a conditional fifth-round pick that could become a fourth-rounder. In dire need of turning their season around, how does the move affect the Ravens going forward?
A Look Inside Baltimore’s Upcoming Draft Picks Following Trade
As the team in purple aids an injured defense, their 2026 draft outlook has changed, but not much. While it is hard to tell who initially won the trade, former NFL coach Bruce Arians believes Baltimore made an excellent move.
Joining “The Pat McAfee Show,” Arians claims he is a big fan of the newest Raven. “I think it’s huge cause their pass rush has been inept at best. This guy can rush the passer; they’re gonna be able to use Kyle Van Noy in different ways.” said Arians.
He then went on to talk about how the Ravens could use him to their advantage. He said, “He can play multiple spots. You get him on the edge, Kyle rushing the weakest link in the offensive line, I think they’ll do a hell of a job with him, and he’s gonna be a big upgrade for them.”

Baltimore was willing to part ways with the fifth-round pick, as they originally held five picks in just that round. After the move, they have four fifth-rounders, two seventh-rounders, and one selection in each round otherwise.
Baltimore’s draft positioning is one of the most challenging spots to predict, as 2025 has started uniquely. However, PFSN’s Ian Cummings provides his latest mock draft with some shocking selections.
Recent Mock Draft Shows Ravens Split Evenly Amongst Offensive and Defensive Selections
When healthy, the Ravens may have the best defense in the NFL. However, their injuries to this point have exposed a lack of depth, specifically on the defensive side of the ball.
PFSN’s Defensive Impact metric has the Ravens in the bottom five of NFL defenses with a 65.4 impact score in 2025. Their D grade plots them joint 28th, a concerning score for second-year defensive coordinator Zach Orr.
For that reason, Cummings sees Baltimore go seven and seven in projected offensive and defensive choices in 2026 (minus a choice following Jones’ trade). The PFSN writer believes the Ravens will focus intensely on the defensive line, mainly at the edge position.

Predicting two edge rushers taken, Cummings points to Keldric Faulk out of Auburn in the first round, as well as Cameron Robertson, the SMU product, in the fifth.
Along with the two edges, we could see DT Caleb Banks come off the board as soon as the second round. The Florida Gator would play alongside Nnamdi Madubuike, who is currently out for the season with a neck injury.
Jones will likely get his first snaps this weekend as Baltimore travels to Minnesota, where they look to beat a Vikings squad coming off an impressive win.
