Before the event, McAfee met Trump on a rainy tarmac at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Later, he took a seat beside the president during the games.
From there, footage of the two together spread rapidly, giving social media plenty to discuss. And one fan shared that clip on X and attached a serious accusation aimed at McAfee.
“In case you were wondering if Pat McAfee calls us the N-word behind our backs when we’re not around, here’s your answer. @DesmondHoward @ESPNPR,” the fan wrote.

McAfee did not ignore the claim. He made his position clear in a reply on X, warning that the accusation had crossed a line.

Hosted by White House-backed group Freedom 250, the tournament featured one male and one female athlete from every U.S. state. They competed in obstacle courses, military-style boot camp circuits, and team events. Ultimately, the athletes competed for a $250,000 scholarship prize pool.
