Top-25 Remaining NFL Free Agents: Predicting Landing Spots for Stefon Diggs, David Njoku, Tyreek Hill, Others

PFSN's Jacob Infante projects the landing spots for each of the current top 25 NFL free agents coming out of the 2026 NFL Draft.

With the 2026 NFL Draft now in the rearview mirror, the focus has shifted back to the free agency market. While many of the top potential signings inked deals with teams months ago, there are still plenty of contributors available to be added.

Of the top 100 free agents in the 2026 PFSN NFL Free Agency HQ, 18 of them remain unsigned. That means there’s a lot of talent up for grabs, and as the offseason progresses, those players will surely find landing spots.

25) Najee Harris, RB

After his 2025 season, there are more questions than answers about Najee Harris’ NFL future. He played only three games with the Chargers due to injury, and he turned 28 in March. He shouldn’t be expected to take on the workload he did in Pittsburgh earlier in his career, but he should still be effective for depth as a power back.

2026 Predicted Team: Green Bay Packers

24) Clelin Ferrell, EDGE

After playing in just one game for the Chargers as a practice squad player, Clelin Ferrell carved out a niche for himself in the 49ers’ defensive rotation as they dealt with numerous injuries on that side of the ball. He’s hardly an impact defender off the edge, but he’s a solid enough contributor who had four sacks in eight games for San Francisco.

2026 Predicted Team: Detroit Lions

23) Anfernee Jennings, EDGE

Anferenee Jennings has spent the entirety of his NFL career with the Patriots after they drafted him in 2020, but that might change with him still on the open market. He’s never had more than 2.5 sacks in a single season, but he makes his presence felt as a run defender off the edge.

2026 Predicted Team: Denver Broncos

22) Joel Bitonio, OG

2025 marked the first time since 2018 that Joel Bitonio failed to make a Pro Bowl appearance, and 2026 might mark the first time he plays for a team that isn’t the Browns. He’ll turn 35 years old in October, but he could still provide some veteran leadership for a team’s interior offensive line.

2026 Predicted Team: Buffalo Bills

21) Fabian Moreau, CB

Fabian Moreau has bounced around to five different teams in his last six seasons, though he’s coming off two consecutive seasons as a backup cornerback for the Vikings. He fared pretty well in 2025, ranking No. 33 in the NFL with a 79.5 PFSN CB Impact Score, indicating he could push for a starting spot in some situations.

2026 Predicted Team: Miami Dolphins

20) David Njoku, TE

The Browns struck gold with Harold Fannin Jr. in last year’s draft, so it’s no surprise David Njoku wasn’t brought back. It is a slight surprise he’s still a free agent, though; he ranked in the top ten among NFL tight ends in receptions every season from 2022 to 2024. He could still be a solid starter for a contending team.

2026 Predicted Team: Denver Broncos

19) Bobby Wagner, LB

Since PFSN started tallying positional scores in 2019, Bobby Wagner has been a top-ten linebacker in the NFL every single season. Those seasons don’t even include most of his “prime” years, where he was a perennial All-Pro. Even turning 36 years old in June, he’s still an elite linebacker for a team in need of a band-aid solution.

2026 Predicted Team: Seattle Seahawks

18) Mario Edwards Jr., DT

Mario Edwards Jr. has never truly been an elite contributor at the NFL level, but he’s always been a serviceable rotational defensive tackle with some pass-rushing juice. Now 32 years old and having just 1.5 sacks with the Texans last year, he figures to be plugged in as a backup interior defender whenever he does end up signing.

2026 Predicted Team: Tennessee Titans

17) Jonah Williams, DT

Not to be confused with the offensive lineman of the same name, Jonah Williams had a career-high three sacks with the Saints in 2025. After bouncing around between three teams during the 2024 season, he was able to put together a solid year with some more stability around him.

2026 Predicted Team: Atlanta Falcons

16) Bobby Okereke, LB

Between his stints with the Colts and Giants, Bobby Okereke has been at least a serviceable starting linebacker in the NFL for his previous seven years in the league. His play dipped in 2025, but he was a top-25 linebacker in each of his previous three seasons, so the hope for a bounce-back season isn’t unreasonable.

2026 Predicted Team: Cincinnati Bengals

15) Brandon Aiyuk, WR

Brandon Aiyuk played only 7 games in 2024 and missed the entire 2025 season. What level of production he’d bring to a team at this point is anyone’s guess, but it’s worth noting that in 2023, he was a second-team All-Pro with 1,342 receiving yards in his last healthy season. Those highs should give him a starting shot wherever he ends up next.

2026 Predicted Team: New England Patriots

NOTE: Aiyuk is still under contract with San Francisco, but this is his projected landing spot if he were to get released.

14) Tyreek Hill, WR

Coming off a torn ACL and now 32 years old, Tyreek Hill shouldn’t be expected to bounce back to his All-Pro form from a few years ago. But his 2025 production with the Dolphins was better than the down year he had in 2024, and his 66.3 receiving yards per game last year were well on pace for over 1,000 receiving yards if he kept it for a full season.

2026 Predicted Team: Kansas City Chiefs

13) Tre’Davious White, CB

After a quiet 2024 season, which saw him split time between the Rams and Ravens, Tre’Davious White bounced back after returning to the Bills, where he had spent the first seven seasons of his NFL career. He’s still a free agent, though, so the fact that Buffalo hasn’t brought him back could mean he signs elsewhere.

2026 Predicted Team: Jacksonville Jaguars

12) Devin White, LB

Devin White lit up the stat sheet in 2025, ranking second in the NFL with 174 total tackles and tallying 11 tackles for a loss with 2.5 sacks for the Raiders. One could argue whether his impact on the field was as large as his impact on the box score, but with such a large tackle sum, he’s sure to find a landing spot before the season.

2026 Predicted Team: Tennessee Titans

11) Joey Bosa, EDGE

In his first season away from the Chargers, Joey Bosa led the NFL with five forced fumbles and also tallied five sacks with the Bills in 2025. Injuries have slowed him down, but he’s still a high-level rotational piece who would benefit a contending team as a late free agent signing.

2026 Predicted Team: Chicago Bears

10) Rasul Douglas, CB

The Dolphins needed a stopgap starting option at cornerback last year, and Rasul Douglas filled that role admirably. He had two interceptions and ranked No. 15 in the league in PFSN’s CB Impact Scoring at 84.3. He’ll be 31 in August, so he’s hardly a long-term solution for any team, but he should get the chance to battle for a starting role.

2026 Predicted Team: Minnesota Vikings

9) Deebo Samuel Sr., WR

At this stage, Deebo Samuel Sr. isn’t the All-Pro caliber wide receiver he once was with the 49ers. That said, he still performed pretty well for the Commanders in 2025 with 72 catches for 727 yards and 5 receiving touchdowns, having received the largest amount of targets he’s had in a single season since his All-Pro 2021 campaign.

2026 Predicted Team: Atlanta Falcons

8) Haason Reddick, EDGE

Haason Reddick reached double-digit sack totals every season from 2020 to 2023, earning two Pro Bowl honors in the process. In the two succeeding years, though, he’s combined for just 3.5 sacks. The chances he returns to that elite level of production at this stage seem slim, but an NFL team will take a chance on him to bounce back in their rotation.

2026 Predicted Team: New England Patriots

7) Aaron Rodgers, QB

At this stage, if Aaron Rodgers chooses to come back to the NFL, it feels like it’ll be the Pittsburgh Steelers or bust. They’re the only team with a starting spot open for him, and the fact that they didn’t make any major moves at quarterback seems to indicate they’ll bring him back after his 2025 campaign as their starter.

2026 Predicted Team: Pittsburgh Steelers

6) Jauan Jennings, WR

Though Jauan Jennings’ production dipped slightly in 2025, he still had a career-high 9 receiving touchdowns for the 49ers. The 6’3″, 212-pound receiver provides an instant starting option if added from free agency, with the ability to win above the rim and block along the perimeter at a high level.

2026 Predicted Team: Las Vegas Raiders

5) Taylor Decker, OT

Taylor Decker’s grading by PFSN’s OL Impact Scoring has been in average starter territory each of the last two seasons, which makes sense why the Lions cut him to free cap space with his hefty contract. He would still be an upgrade at left tackle over a handful of teams across the NFL.

2026 Predicted Team: Miami Dolphins

4) Jadeveon Clowney, EDGE

A true pass-rushing mercenary at this point, Jadeveon Clowney has played for seven different teams in eight years, and that number figures to grow once he signs this offseason. He’s remained productive since turning 30, combining for 23.5 sacks over his last three seasons.

2026 Predicted Team: Indianapolis Colts

3) Germaine Pratt, LB

Germaine Pratt ranked No. 7 in the NFL by PFSN’s LB Impact Scoring in 2025, finding new life with the Colts after being cut by the Raiders. He’s a thickly built, powerful linebacker who’s a valuable asset against the run, which should earn him a fair chance at a starting role once he gets signed.

2026 Predicted Team: Carolina Panthers

2) Marshon Lattimore, CB

Injuries have plagued Marshon Lattimore over the last four seasons, as he’s missed a combined 32 games in that time. As much as availability has been an issue, he’s graded pretty well in that span, most notably ranking third in the NFL in PFSN CB Impact Scoring in 2024 between his time with both the Saints and Commanders that year.

2026 Predicted Team: Green Bay Packers

1) Stefon Diggs, WR

Stefon Diggs got back into 1,000-yard territory as the WR1 for the Patriots during their run as AFC champions in 2025, marking the seventh time he’s met the century mark in the last eight years. He’s still clearly a reliable weapon who can create separation at a high level; his off-field concerns play a big role in why he’s still a free agent.

2026 Predicted Team: Washington Commanders
