As the NFL heads into Week 11, several teams are dealing with some major injury questions. The 2025 NFL season is now in November, so teams are facing crunch time for healthy bodies.
For NFL fans and fantasy managers, the injury list is critical for understanding who might be out or limited in the upcoming games. Here’s a breakdown of the notable injuries and what you need to know about them heading in.
Bucky Irving, RB, and Chris Godwin, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Update 11/14: On Friday, Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving, who has been dealing with foot and shoulder injuries, was ruled out of Sunday’s game against the Buffalo Bills, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported. Also ruled out, according to Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles, is wide receiver Chris Godwin, who has been dealing with a fibula injury.
Update 11/12: After being unable to play or practice since September, Irving returned to the team’s practice field on Wednesday.
Irving has been dealing with foot and shoulder injuries. But getting him back on the field is a major plus for Tampa Bay quarterback Baker Mayfield and the Bucs’ offense.
Irving was even seen taking handoffs from Mayfield during non-contact drills on Wednesday. It’s definitely a good sign heading into Sunday’s game against Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills.
