’90s Jerry Jones Is Back’ — Cowboys Fans Hype Up Franchise’s Owner After Massive Quinnen Williams Trade

With the NFL Trade Deadline upon us, we have seen some massive trades, and the Dallas Cowboys are active after some thought they may not be, following the move of Micah Parsons. Jerry Jones seems to believe in this team and has a plan after all.

Last night, the Dallas Cowboys lost 27-17 at home to the Arizona Cardinals, falling to 3-5-1 on the season. While this didn’t knock them out of the playoff hunt, a massive change needed to be made for them to have a shot at sneaking in.

    Are The Dallas Cowboys Back?

In response to this loss, the Dallas Cowboys acquired three-time Pro Bowl DT Quinnen Williams from the New York Jets. In what has been a trying season for the Jets, Williams has still played well; in fact, he is the 10th-best DT in the NFL, per our PFSN DTi Rankings, with an 82.7 ranking and B- grade.

Fans have been more than vocal about it. One fan wrote, “Jerry jones said getting trampled by emari demercado on prime time tv was the final straw.”

While this is the lowest mark of his career, this is also by far the worst defense he has ever been a part of, so positive regression is to be expected, and fans are right to be excited. One fan wrote, “Omg Jerry Jones cooking,” after sharing the trade news.

In fact, they are so happy, they are reminiscent of the 1990s, saying, “90’s JERRY JONES IS BACK BIH”, and also delighted that the future is bright for the team by saying, “Great trade for the future”.

One fan came forward to defend the Micah Parsons trade, writing, “Dallas won trading away Micah parsons btw. Kenny clark Quinnen williams Jerry Jones had a plan. Need that secondary fixed though.”

Jerry Jones must be pleased with the satisfaction that the fans are expressing regarding both him and the team’s future, especially considering the harsh criticism he received for trading Micah Parsons to the Green Bay Packers. It seems that all along, he had a plan, and the potential for the Cowboys is now sky-high.

The Cowboys fans are also saying, “Let’s goooooo Jerry jones cooking” and also, “Yeah jerry jones make magic”. The new-look Dallas Cowboys have a bye week to come together and build chemistry in an effort to save this season.

Still, the focus right now is that fans will be anxiously awaiting to see Williams with the star on his helmet on Monday Night Football in Week 11 against the Raiders in Las Vegas.
