Toledo vs. Miami-OH Head-to-Head Record
When these two teams play, it’s a battle. Their historic record proves that, with Miami-Oh holding a 29-24-1 lead in the series. Toledo, however, has won three of the last four games, and five of the last seven, so predicting this game isn’t for the faint of heart.
Chuck Martin and Jason Candle became familiar with each other recently; however, they’ve only played each other three times since they accepted their respective jobs. Candle holds a 2-1 lead, but Martin’s lone win was in the MAC Championship Game in 2023.

Toledo vs. Miami-OH Prediction
We’ve gone this far without mentioning a significant connection between these two schools. Miami-OH quarterback Dequan Finn used to run the Rockets offense from 2019 to 2023 before transferring to Baylor. His time with the Bears was cut short, and he moved back into the offense.
While Finn hasn’t rediscovered his 2023 form, he’s given the Redhawks a dynamic duel threat in the backfield. Now he gets a chance to beat his former team as an underdog and with a lot on the line.
Toledo turned over the offense to Tucker Gleason when Finn transferred, and they haven’t looked back. The Rockets’ offense hasn’t been as consistent this year, but Gleason has been a steady force to help guide them. Whether he’ll admit it or not, this one holds a little more significance than the other games he’s started here.
Prediction: Toledo 31 Miami-OH 28
