Andy Reid’s House: A View of the Kansas City Chiefs Head Coach’s $2.5 Million Mansion

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is a highly respected coach in the NFL and the highest-paid coach in the league. With over two decades of coaching experience and multiple Super Bowl triumphs, Reid exudes wisdom, builds first-class relationships, and employs a unique blend of dry humor. Thanks to his pay slip of $20 million annually, Reid’s net worth hovers around $50 million.

Beyond his impressive football legacy, Reid’s wealth is also reflected in his lifestyle, particularly in his house in Kansas City.

Andy Reid’s Lavish Kansas City Home

Reid owns a splendid house at Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri that is regarded as his principal house. This extravagant house (under the name of Spencer Reid, Andy’s son) was designed and constructed in 2015. It has 8,253 square feet of living area, plenty of room for a big family — Andy and his wife Tammy have five children and 12 grandchildren.

It’s about seven miles outside of Arrowhead Stadium.

The home includes five fireplaces, wood flooring, a brick terrace, a large cinema room, and a 1,500-bottle wine cellar. Located in the city’s Plaza neighborhood, the home is next door to ousted Chiefs exec Scott Pioli, who was part of the management team prior to Reid’s arrival.

The two-story mansion has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. It is a unique home with touches of modern-oriented class and traditional structures well-suited for the Reid family.

The property also offers the following luxury features: a big swimming pool, a bocce court, and a summer kitchen perfect for hosting guests.

A guest house and a gate house are also available within the compound for accommodating guests or members of a large family. The whole perimeter of the property is well-fenced, which means privacy and security for the Reids.

Reid’s mansion is in a prime location (Country Club Plaza), yet it gives residents an opportunity to relish the feel of urban life. Country Club Plaza boasts of being a premier shopping, dining, and arts district in Kansas City.

Other than his luxurious house in Kansas City, Reid has a beach house in California. The residence along the seashore makes it a peaceful environment for Reid (and sometimes his players) to escape the hustle and bustle of playing (and coaching) in the NFL.
