The 49ers finished the season with a record of 12-5 in a very competitive NFC, which earned them the sixth seed in the playoff picture. The team is led by Head Coach Kyle Shanahan, who has been with the team since 2017. With players like Christian McCaffrey, Brock Purdy, and George Kittle, the team is not lacking star players.
The Eagles finished the season with a record of 11-6, winning the NFC East and earning the third seed in the playoff picture. Nick Sirianni is the team’s head coach, having joined the organization in 2021. Like the 49ers, the Eagles have several star players on both sides of the ball, most notably Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley, and Devonta Smith.
