2025 NFL Mock Draft Based on MDS Users’ Selections

    1. Tennessee Titans

QB Cam Ward (58.0% of users)

Tennessee Titans fans desperately want the team to draft a quarterback. Last week, 62.2% of Titans users selected a quarterback with the No. 1 overall pick (up from 35.8% of users in February).

The possibility of Miami (FL) QB Cam Ward going No. 1 overall has gained momentum in recent weeks, and fans seem to be getting excited about the Titans landing their potential QB of the future — with 58.0% of users making him the first player off the board.

After quarterback, the two positions that fans have zeroed in on are EDGE (22.4%) and CB (7.1%). This makes sense since some fans want the team to take a generational prospect in Penn State EDGE Abdul Carter or Colorado CB/WR Travis Hunter.

    2. Cleveland Browns

EDGE Abdul Carter (29.3% of users)

The most targeted position by Cleveland Browns fans in the MDS is quarterback, with 40.4% of users selecting a signal-caller of the future. Fans select Ward 20.4% of the time and Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders 18.6% of the time.

However, because users are split on Ward and Sanders, the most commonly selected prospect at No. 2 overall last week was actually Carter. The Penn State EDGE is widely regarded as the best overall player in the class, and he has drawn comparisons to Dallas Cowboys superstar Micah Parsons.

After QB (40.4%) and EDGE (30.2%), the next most popular position that fans go after is CB (16.1%) due to Hunter.

    3. New York Giants

QB Shedeur Sanders (31.1% of users)

New York Giants fans have been consistent in what they want at No. 3 overall. In February, 41.6% of fans selected a quarterback. Last week, even more users (45.4%) drafted a QB.

Sanders was picked by 31.1% of fans last week, which is up from 17.4% in February. After Sanders, the most popular targets were Hunter (17.5%) and Carter (10.1%).

Even with the Giants signing Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston to fill out the quarterback room, they still don’t have a QB of the future, so fans are hoping that general manager Joe Schoen and Co. will still target Sanders with the No. 3 overall pick.

    4. New England Patriots

CB/WR Travis Hunter (25.6% of users)

The New England Patriots recently addressed their biggest need by signing wide receiver Stefon Diggs to a three-year, $69 million contract. However, they still need to add additional weapons around quarterback Drake Maye, and Patriots fans agree.

That’s where Hunter comes in. While he’s listed as a cornerback in the MDS, Hunter wants to play both CB and WR in the NFL. Given the Patriots’ roster, it seems likely that he would primarily play WR and then also get a handful of snaps at CB.

Last week, Hunter was selected by 25.6% of users (up from 12.3% in February). Carter was actually the top target of Patriots fans last month, with 27.45% of users selecting him. However, with Carter’s stock rising and New England still needing WR help, Hunter has become the most commonly selected prospect. Arizona WR Tetairoa McMillan (9.8%) is the third-most-targeted player.

    5. Jacksonville Jaguars

DT Mason Graham (45.5% of users)

Jacksonville Jaguars fans know what they want with the No. 5 overall pick. Michigan DT Mason Graham is by far the most commonly selected prospect for the Jaguars, with 45.5% of users drafting him when they are on the clock.

The next-highest player is Hunter (15.4%), but he is sometimes off the board when the Jaguars are picking. Back in February, LSU OT Will Campbell was the second-most popular option for Jacksonville, but that dropped down to 5.9% last week.

Jaguars fans have consistently expressed their desire for a defensive tackle, with that being the No. 1 preference for the users controlling the Jaguars in the MDS since January.

    6. Las Vegas Raiders

RB Ashton Jeanty (32.3% of users)

The Las Vegas Raiders will look very different in 2025, with a new head coach in Pete Carroll, a new GM in John Spytek, and a new QB in Geno Smith. Tom Brady and Co. have been very aggressive this offseason, and Raiders fans hope the front office continues to prioritize the team’s offense by picking Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty at No. 6 overall.

Last week, 32.2% of users selected a running back with the No. 6 pick (and 100% of them selected Jeanty). The next-highest position that users hone in on is wide receiver (16.9%), with McMillan (13.0%) being the top target.

Raiders fans were selecting QBs at an extremely high rate from November to January, but that has cooled off considerably since the team acquired Smith in a trade with the Seattle Seahawks. It is only over the last month that Jeanty has emerged as the fan-favorite selection.

    7. New York Jets

OT Armand Membou (23.1% of users)

Back in February, Jets fans were typically drafting a defensive tackle in the first round, with Graham (24.3%) emerging as the top target. However, Missouri OT Armand Membou is flying up draft boards and into Jets fans’ hearts. One month ago, he wasn’t even a top-five prospect for Jets users, but now he’s the favorite option of 23.1% of users.

After signing QB Justin Fields in free agency, Jets fans want to make sure he’s protected, as 39.7% of users take an OT in the first round (up from 20.9% in February). After Membou, LSU’s Campbell has also been a popular target, with 10.8% of users picking him.

Interestingly, the next-highest position targeted last week was tight end, which didn’t rank in the top three back in February. Penn State TE Tyler Warren is picked by 19.0% of users (up from 5.7% in February).

    8. Carolina Panthers

CB Will Johnson (16.0% of users)

Interestingly, the majority of Carolina Panthers fans hope the team drafts an EDGE with the No. 8 overall pick, and that has been the case dating back to mid-November.

However, fans seem to be split on which EDGE to target. The most-targeted pass rushers are Georgia EDGE Jalon Walker (14.9%) and Texas A&M EDGE Shemar Stewart (8.3%), which puts them both behind Michigan CB Will Johnson (16.0%) for this pick.

While 20.7% of Carolina fans want an EDGE, that number has been declining, while more and more users have been taking a CB (19.7%) or WR (19.3%) as of late. The most popular WR target is McMillan (14.3%), if the team wants to add another weapon for Bryce Young.

    9. New Orleans Saints

OT Will Campbell (15.6% of users)

From November to mid-March, Saints fans badly wanted the team to select an EDGE, with 32.1% of users targeting one in the first round. However, last week marked the first time that New Orleans fans pivoted en masse. Now, Saints fans are zeroing in on an offensive tackle or wide receiver at No. 9 overall.

It makes sense that Campbell is a popular target for Saints fans, given that he starred at LSU and was born and raised in Monroe, La. After Campbell, the next most commonly selected players are McMillan (who has been gaining momentum among Saints users in recent weeks) and Johnson (who came off the board one pick earlier to the Panthers).

    10. Chicago Bears

OT Kelvin Banks Jr. (8.9% of users)

This marks the first pick where a fanbase didn’t get their top target. Chicago Bears fans badly want the team to select Jeanty, with 21.1% of users drafting the generational running back. However, since he went off the board already to the Raiders, the Bears will have to settle for their second-favorite target: Texas OT Kelvin Banks Jr.

Last week, 8.9% of users selected Banks, and OT remains the most-targeted position among Chicago fans (31.6% of the time) — even with all of the excitement surrounding Jeanty.

However, it’s worth noting that users controlling the Bears are targeting OT less often now (31.6% of the time) than they were in February (40.7%), likely because the team already made multiple moves to revamp their offensive line this offseason.

    11. San Francisco 49ers

EDGE Jalon Walker (10.3% of users)

After months of selecting offensive tackles in mock drafts, San Francisco 49ers fans are now torn between OT, DT, and EDGE with the team’s No. 11 overall pick. In February, 38.1% of users were selecting OTs in the first round, but that has since dipped to 22.2%.

While OT is still the position most often targeted by 49ers fans, the most commonly selected prospect is actually Georgia’s EDGE, Walker (10.3%).

After the Georgia pass rusher, the next most popular targets are Stewart (9.32%) and Oregon DT Derrick Harmon (8.1%). Two OTs crack the top five, but they are lower: Banks (7.9%) and Membou (7.3%), likely because they are sometimes off the board at No. 11.

    12. Dallas Cowboys

WR Tetairoa McMillan (14.2% of users)

The Dallas Cowboys badly want a wide receiver with this selection. While Jeanty was the most popular selection among Cowboys users back in February, he has since been surpassed by a pair of WRs who are tied for this pick: McMillan (14.2%) and Texas WR Matthew Golden (14.2). McMillan has the slight edge, so he’s the pick here.

These two receivers have very different skill sets, but regardless, Dallas fans are excited about the possibility of Dak Prescott landing another talented weapon. CeeDee Lamb has put some public pressure on the Cowboys’ front office to take a wide receiver in the first round, which may have influenced Dallas fans in recent weeks.

    13. Miami Dolphins

OG Tyler Booker (12.6% of users)

Once again, a fanbase doesn’t get its top option. Banks (17.4%) is the favorite target of Miami Dolphins fans, but he came off the board three picks earlier, so they will have to settle for Alabama OG Tyler Booker (12.6%).

Dolphins fans have been consistent in their desire for an OT, as that was their position preference in February (28.8%) and this month (30.0%). But with Membou, Campbell, and Banks gone, the Dolphins add a different offensive lineman. After Booker, the next most popular targets are safeties Malaki Starks (10.6%) and Nick Emmanwori (9.5%).

    14. Indianapolis Colts

TE Tyler Warren (52.5% of users)

Last year, the Indianapolis Colts tried to move up to select Georgia tight end Brock Bowers, who ultimately ended up with the Raiders and dominated as a rookie. This year, Colts fans badly want the team to aggressively pursue a tight end once again.

In February, 57.3% of Colts users selected a TE with their first-round pick, and that number actually increased to 65.6% last week.

Warren is a 6’6″, 260-pound playmaking tight end, and he’s the top target of 52.5% of Colts fans. In the latest MDS data, the next most popular selection was Michigan TE Colston Loveland (12.8%). After tight ends, fans zeroed in on linebackers (12.2%).

    15. Atlanta Falcons

EDGE Mykel Williams (18.1% of users)

In 2024, the Atlanta Falcons ranked second-to-last in the NFL in sacks with 31, so this team desperately needs a pass-rusher. The fans recognize this, too.

EDGE has been the top target among Falcons fans since mid-November, and that continues to be the case in the latest MDS data. Last week, 43.6% of users selected an EDGE with Atlanta’s first-rounder.

Georgia EDGE Mykel Williams is the most popular target (18.1% of users), and four of the top five most commonly selected players for the Falcons are pass rushers. The only non-EDGE to crack the top five is Williams’ Georgia teammate, Starks (10.3%).

    16. Arizona Cardinals

EDGE James Pearce Jr. (14.6% of users)

Like the Falcons, the Arizona Cardinals’ defensive line is widely regarded as the team’s biggest need. Users drafting as the Cardinals in the MDS are most commonly selecting an EDGE (37.5%) or DT (17.0%) as of late. Tennessee EDGE James Pearce Jr. is their favorite target, with 14.6% of users selecting him in the first round.

After Pearce, the next most popular picks for Cardinals fans are defensive linemen Williams (12.6%), Walker (9.4%), and Harmon (8.0%). The only non-DL prospect who cracked the top-five most popular picks among Cardinals users is Golden, the Texas WR.

    17. Cincinnati Bengals

S Malaki Starks (8.9% of users)

Pearce is also the favorite target of Cincinnati Bengals fans, with 15.9% of users taking him in the first round. The majority of Bengals fans (34.9%) want an EDGE, but with Pearce going one pick earlier, Cincinnati will have to settle for their next most popular target: Starks, who is selected by 8.9% of users.

After Starks, the most commonly picked prospects are Harmon (8.8%), Williams (7.7%), and South Carolina’s Emmanwori (7%). Safety doesn’t crack the top three most commonly targeted positions by Bengals fans, but Starks seems like a best-player-available selection for Cincinnati fans.

    18. Seattle Seahawks

OG Grey Zabel (14.1% of users)

Since mid-November, Seattle Seahawks fans have been targeting an offensive tackle in the first round. However, the latest MDS data featured Seahawks fans zeroing in on an offensive guard for the first time during this pre-draft cycle.

Last week, 24.7% of users selected an OG with the Seahawks’ first-round pick, and North Dakota State OG Grey Zabel (14.1%) is their favorite target.

After Zabel, the most commonly selected prospects by Seahawks users are Emmanwori (13.3%), Banks (9.5%), and Golden (6.6%).

    19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

LB Jihaad Campbell (17.6% of users)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles recently said that the team needs to add “ballhawks” on defense. The Bucs’ offense is loaded, but Tampa Bay could use some defensive playmakers.

After signing EDGE Haason Reddick in free agency, the two most glaring holes are safety and linebacker. Fans recognize this, as S (28.0%) and LB (26.7%) are the most commonly selected positions in the first round.

Alabama LB Jihaad Campbell (17.6%) is the favorite target of Bucs fans as of late, followed closely by Starks (15.4%). After Campbell and Starks, Tampa Bay users zeroed in on Texas CB Jahdae Barron (12.5%) and Emmanwori (12.3%).

    20. Denver Broncos

WR Matthew Golden (12.5% of users)

In the latest MDS data, Denver Broncos fans were torn between drafting a wide receiver (30.5%), running back (26.2%), and tight end (14.4%).

Users clearly want to improve sophomore QB Bo Nix’s supporting cast, but there’s some disagreement over who they should target to upgrade the offense.

Golden (12.5%) is the top target, which makes sense since his stock has been soaring since he ran a blazing 4.29 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine. Other top targets among Broncos users are Loveland and North Carolina RB Omarion Hampton.

    21. Pittsburgh Steelers

DT Kenneth Grant (19.2% of users)

Pittsburgh Steelers fans are constantly drafting defensive tackles with their first-round pick. While there was a brief stretch where wide receivers were commonly targeted by Steelers users, that’s no longer the case since the team acquired DK Metcalf in a blockbuster trade with the Seahawks.

As of last week, 48.8% of users are drafting a DT in round one, with Michigan DT Kenneth Grant (19.2%), Harmon (19.0%), and Ole Miss DT Walter Nolen (7.1%) emerging as the top targets.

With the Steelers waiting on Aaron Rodgers’ free agency decision, quarterback has been the second-most commonly selected position (19.3%) — with Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart being the most popular target (12.9%).

    22. Los Angeles Chargers

TE Colston Loveland (41% of users)

While the Los Angeles Chargers signed veteran Tyler Conklin, the team still needs a tight end of the future. Last week, 42.2% of users selected a tight end with this pick, and Loveland was the top target (41%).

Loveland to the Chargers just makes too much sense, which is why he’s constantly being mocked to Los Angeles by analysts. Not only does the excellent receiving tight end give Justin Herbert another weapon, he was coached by Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh at Michigan, so he makes a ton of sense at No. 22.

After Loveland, the top targets for Chargers users are Harmon (9.3%), Grant (7.0%), Golden (5.7%), and Ohio State WR Emeka Egbuka (4.5%).

    23. Green Bay Packers

DT Derrick Harmon (14.8% of users)

Defensive tackle has been the top position targeted by Green Bay Packers fans in the MDS since October (aside from a brief CB-heavy stretch in late February).

Last week, 27.9% of users selected a DT with the Packers’ first-round pick, which is up from 24.7% in February. Harmon is the most commonly selected prospect, with 14.8% of users picking him.

Packers fans have targeted both Harmon and Grant (7.5%), but when those players are off the board, the next most popular targets for Green Bay users are Barron (10.8%), Texas A&M EDGE Nic Scourton (8.0%), and East Carolina CB Shavon Revel Jr. (7.8%).

    24. Minnesota Vikings

S Nick Emmanwori (28.5% of users)

After popping up as a secondary target for several teams, Emmanwori finally comes off the board to the Minnesota Vikings. In February, the majority of Vikings fans (53.3%) were targeting DTs in the first round. However, now that the Vikings acquired veteran DTs Jonathan Allen and Javon Hargrave, it isn’t as big of an issue, and only 14.3% of users are honing in on that position in the first round.

Now, Vikings fans are shifting their focus to the secondary. Safety (41.5%) and cornerback (15.7%) are the two most targeted positions, with Emmanwori (28.5%) leading the way.

Starks (12.1%) is also a popular pick, but he is sometimes off the board when the Vikings are on the clock. As for CBs, the top two targets for Minnesota users are Revel (6.9%) and Barron (6.7%).

    25. Houston Texans

OT Josh Simmons (38% of users)

The Houston Texans are currently ranked dead last in PFSN’s OL+ metric. After the line struggled mightily in 2024, Houston opted to trade Laremy Tunsil and Kenyon Green, release Shaq Mason, and not re-sign Kendrick Green.

Texans fans can see that the offensive line is in dire straits, which is why 48.3% of users are targeting an OT in the first round. Ohio State OT Josh Simmons (38.0%) is the top target, with fellow linemen Zabel (13.2%), Banks (6.4%), and Jackson (4.3%) also getting picked at No. 25 by Texans users.

The lone non-offensive-linemen to crack the top five for Houston is Egbuka, as some fans want to see C.J. Stroud reunite with his former Ohio State wide receiver.

    26. Los Angeles Rams

CB Shavon Revel Jr. (8.3% of users)

Los Angeles Rams fans love the idea of targeting Campbell (29.2%) or Loveland (13.7%), but both players have already been selected.

The Rams badly need help at linebacker, and 37.5% of fans are targeting one in the first round. However, Campbell is really the only viable target going in this range of the draft. Once he’s off the board, Rams users pivot to either a CB (18.6%) or TE (14.9%).

Revel is the top target remaining on the board, with 8.3% of users selecting the East Carolina CB. Barron (5.2%) also has some fans in Los Angeles.

    27. Baltimore Ravens

EDGE Nic Scourton (12.5% of users)

In February, 41.4% of Baltimore Ravens fans were selecting an offensive tackle with the team’s first-round pick — likely bracing for Ronnie Stanley’s potential departure in free agency.

However, Stanley re-signed with the Ravens on a three-year, $60 million contract, so now OT isn’t even in the top three most-targeted positions among Baltimore fans.

Instead, Ravens users have shifted their focus to an EDGE (28.1%), OG (17.6%), or S (15.5%). Scourton is the top target (12.5%) for Baltimore fans, followed by Zabel (10.6%), Emmanwori (10.0%), Revel (7.8%), and Boston College edge rusher Donovan Ezeiruaku (6.8%).

    28. Detroit Lions

EDGE Donovan Ezeiruaku (12% of users)

Last year, one of the Detroit Lions’ biggest weaknesses was their pass rush, particularly after superstar Aidan Hutchinson suffered his season-ending injury, so it’s no surprise that EDGE has been the fanbase’s most commonly targeted position in the first round, dating back to early November.

In the latest MDS data, 42.6% of Lions fans targeted an EDGE in Round 1. Ezeiruaku (17.0%) is the most popular option among Detroit users, followed by Marshall EDGE Mike Green (9.6%) and Scourton (8.0%).

The only non-EDGEs to crack the top five for Lions users are WRs Egbuka (8.3%) and Missouri’s Luther Burden III (7.8%).

    29. Washington Commanders

EDGE Mike Green (9.6% of users)

Washington Commanders fans are hoping the Lions pass on Ezeiruaku, as he’s also their top target (with 17% of users selecting him). With the Boston College pass-rusher gone, Washington turns their attention to Green, whose draft stock has been skyrocketing due to his Senior Bowl performance and ridiculous potential.

In February, the most popular position targeted by Commanders fans was offensive tackle (28.5%). However, after the team acquired Tunsil from the Texans, tackle is no longer in the top three most commonly selected positions. Instead, in the latest MDS data, 37.5% of users picked an EDGE in the first round, followed by WR (18.0%) and S (10.4%).

After Green (and Ezeiruaku), the top targets are Egbuka (8.3%), Scourton (8.0%), and Burden (7.8%).

    30. Buffalo Bills

DT Tyleik Williams (13.8% of users)

Buffalo Bills fans desperately want the team to draft a defensive tackle in the first round, with 55.7% of users picking a DT in the MDS.

The four players most commonly picked by the Bills are all DTs: Grant (24.2%), Ohio State DT Tyleik Williams (13.8%), Nolen (9.3%), and Harmon (8.2%). With Grant off the board, Williams is the pick for Buffalo.

While the front office tried to address the glaring hole at defensive tackle by adding Larry Ogunjobi this offseason, he has been suspended six games for testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs. Bills fans hope that Brandon Beane and Co. will use an early pick to add a DT who can make an immediate impact.

The only non-DT cracking the top five for Buffalo fans at this point is Burden (5.8%), as some fans like the idea of adding another WR for NFL MVP Josh Allen.

    31. Kansas City Chiefs

DT Walter Nolen (19.2% of users)

Defensive tackle has been the most commonly targeted position by Kansas City Chiefs fans dating back to January — aside from the week after the team’s Super Bowl loss when Chiefs users honed in on offensive tackles (and understandably so). As of last week, 45.7% of Chiefs fans selected a DT in the first round, while only 17.9% opted for an OT.

Nolen (19.2%) is the top target for Kansas City users, followed by OT Simmons (11.3%), DT Williams (10.1%), and DT Grant (9.6%).

One thing is certain: Chiefs fans want to see the front office address the trenches, as their top five targets are all defensive tackles or offensive linemen.

    32. Philadelphia Eagles

    OG Donovan Jackson (4.8%)

This is the worst-case scenario for Philadelphia Eagles fans, as all of their top targets are off the board by the time they are on the clock.

Ideally, Eagles fans want a DT (34.7%) or EDGE (25.2%), with the most commonly selected players being Nolen (18.7%), Ezeiruaku (10.3%), Green (8.7%), and Grant (6.5%).

Zabel (5.7%) and Loveland (5.7%) are also gone, so Philly will have to settle for Ohio State OG Donovan Jackson (4.8%). After DT and EDGE, Eagles fans target OGs most often (11.1%), so Jackson isn’t a bad consolation prize.
