I would have to agree. Each time I watch tennis, I hope it’s not Coco calling the match. Otherwise I mute it or don’t watch the match at all. It’s painful to watch TC Live when she’s there.
When she’s not talking about herself, she’s subtly insulting or talking gossip of other players. Please consider replacing her. Shelby Roberts was great when she commentated briefly for TC.
Yes PLEASE. Tennis Channel powers that be please give someone else an opportunity at the desk, other than Coco V. It would be a breath of fresh air. She always seems to find a way to insert chatter about herself . She just had to mention, during Sabalenka vs Masarova today, “….When I came back from all my injuries , San Jose…hard court . From the matches I remember I’m one and one.” She spoke of Sabalenka’s power as a younger player. Then she spoke of herself, saying,”….I was one of those players that had immense amounts of power…..”. I just think a change would be nice from time to time.
