A Closer Look at Eugenie Bouchard’s Post-Tennis Life and British Virgin Islands Retreat

Bouchard has been spending time at the Rosewood Little Dix Bay, a well-known eco-luxury resort located on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. The trip comes just months after the Canadian officially moved away from the professional tennis tour, closing the chapter on a career that spanned nearly two decades.

Since then, she has been openly documenting her transition into retirement, trading tournament schedules and training blocks for travel, outdoor activities, and moments of rest that were often scarce during her playing days.

The incident itself unfolded during what was meant to be a peaceful kayaking session. Bouchard shared an image on her Instagram stories, showing her wrist marked with scrapes and bloody bruising, explaining in her own words that she had “capsized in the kayak and got scraped by some barnacles.”

What Moments Did Bouchard Share From Her Getaway With Sloane Stephens?

A few days ago, Bouchard gave fans a glimpse of her delightful holiday alongside former US Open champion Sloane Stephens at the luxurious resort. Bouchard and Stephens took part in the Rosewood Little Dix Bay Cup in the British Virgin Islands from Dec. 12 to 14, a luxury exhibition that gave fans the chance to share the court with the two women stars.

The pair offered glimpses of their stay on Instagram, with Bouchard posting a mirror selfie in a white dress and photos alongside Stephens after an on-court session, including a joint selfie at the venue. Stephens also shared moments from the resort, showing her relaxing on the beach and enjoying a glass of wine.
