Stefon Diggs Contract, Salary, and Net Worth: How Much Is the Patriots Star Earning?

Stefon Diggs’ season with the Houston Texans was cut short by a mid-season ACL injury, marking one of the toughest stretches of his career. Before the setback, he had posted six straight 1,000+ receiving yard seasons, proving his elite status in the NFL.

Despite the injury, Diggs’ value in free agency stayed high, leading to a massive contract with the New England Patriots, where he continues to be a game-changing receiver.

Although it was his first season below 1,000 yards in six years, he’s off to a strong start with the Patriots, hauling in 50 receptions for 554 yards in 10 games, putting him back on track for another 1,000-yard season.

Diggs was drafted in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings and is in his eleventh year in the league. He earned a four-year, $2.5 million deal as a rookie from the Vikings and signed a five-year extension worth $72 million in 2018.

However, after spending five years in Minnesota, Diggs was traded to Buffalo in Mar. 2020, where he spent the remaining four years of his extension. He later signed a four-year, $96 million contract extension with the Bills in Apr. 2022 before being traded for a second-round selection to the Texans in 2024.

Now in his fourth NFL team, Diggs is catching passes from Drake Maye in New England. Off to a strong start this season, and he is proving that he is still one of the most productive and dynamic receivers in the league.
