A peculiar rivalry that first began between WWE superstar and content creator Logan Paul and NFL legend Tom Brady has continued to escalate in recent weeks. From a small-scale diversion tactic that felt like a bid for some WWE storyline, the issue has continued to grow.
Now, other athletes, particularly NFL players, are also joining the fray as the YouTube artist continues his march against them. The most recent one to join the cause was one of the greatest running backs of this generation, Saquon Barkley.

The entire debacle began after the seven-time Super Bowl champion appeared on the “Impaulsive” podcast. The two stars got into a confrontation over the physical demands of the sports in which they’ve made a name for themselves.
Since then, it’s been a constant back-and-forth between the two, with various appearances and interviews from the two containing barely concealed shots. However, as Paul has waged war on essentially the entire football world, other stars have joined Brady in his fight.
While many believed it was eventually going to lead to some kind of involvement from Brady at WrestleMania 42, which is scheduled to take place in Las Vegas this season (where the three-time MVP has an ownership role with the Raiders), it eventually turned out to be a case of a flag football match hosted by Fanatics.
Originally scheduled for Saudi Arabia, the matchup has now been moved to Los Angeles, where three teams will compete on March 21. However, before the actual event, practice ramped up significantly.
It was there that Paul found out firsthand just how elite NFL athletes truly are. Juking Paul two times consecutively, Barkley was easily able to take the ball the length of the field, as the WWE superstar could be heard shouting, “That s**ks. Worst thing ever.”
It was a brutal reminder for the social media influencer of the level of talent the superstars possess. Now, he is set to face off against two other teams with the hopes of bringing home a victory.

The three teams (Founders FFC, captained by Tom Brady and Jalen Hurts; Wildcats FFC, led by Jayden Daniels and Joe Burrow; and Team USA Football, the reigning men’s national flag football champions) will also feature notable head coaches such as Sean Payton and Kyle Shanahan.
Additionally, the player pool expands to include other talents, such as content creator iShowSpeed and boxer Terence Crawford.
