With the first two weeks of the NFL season in the books, we look forward to the NFL Week 3 schedule that’s filled with a number of great games.
This early in the season shouldn’t give any fans across the league much worry. Due to special circumstances, all teams started the year with no on-field action aside from team scrimmages. In Week 2, we saw how that missed action on the field ahead of the regular season may be leading to some of the key injuries that came raining down throughout the league.
While we won’t see the likes of Saquon Barkley or Nick Bosa for the rest of the 2020 NFL season due to knee injuries, the NFL schedule for Week 3 still offers plenty of exciting matchups. Incidentally, the top matchup won’t take place until the Baltimore Ravens play host to the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football. The Chiefs, coming off a close victory against the Los Angeles Chargers, are sure to be fighting for a bye-week bid in this year’s playoffs against the Ravens, who also enter Week 3 with a 2-0 record and atop the AFC.
Meanwhile, in the NFC, Week 3 includes two matchups – Dallas Cowboys vs Seattle Seahawks in the Sunday afternoon slot and the Green Bay Packers taking on the New Orleans Saints on Sunday Night Football – that’ll have playoff implications later down the road.
