Update 11/26: On Wednesday night, ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter posted an update on X regarding Chargers running back Omarion Hampton.
Chargers RB Omarion Hampton revealed Wednesday that he has been dealing with a left ankle fracture sustained in Week 5 against the Commanders. The undisclosed injury landed Hampton on injured reserve, and he hasn’t played since.

Update 11/25: On Tuesday, Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh said that the practice window is being opened for running back Omarion Hampton, who has not played since Week 5 due to an ankle injury, according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Hampton, who has been on Injured Reserve since suffering an ankle injury back in Week 5, is due back on the practice field in a full-go situation this week.
The Chargers are coming off their bye week, so Hampton got even more time to recover from his injury. So far this season, Hampton has 66 carries for 314 yards and two touchdowns.
According to the PFSN NFL RB Impact metrics, Hampton has an impact score of 72.1 and grades out to a C-.
Joe Burrow, QB, Tee Higgins, WR, and Trey Hendrickson, DE, Cincinnati Bengals
Update 11/26: Bengals fans got an early Thanksgiving Day gift on Wednesday with news that starting quarterback Joe Burrow would be returning to the team’s starting lineup. The Bengals even put out a special post on X announcing Burrow’s return.

Burrow was placed on the Reserve/Injured list on Sept. 16 with a toe injury. He was designated for return from that list and returned to practice on Nov. 10.
Meanwhile wide receiver Tee Higgins, who suffered a concussion on Sunday, has been ruled out of Cincinnati’s game on Thanksgiving Day against the Baltimore Ravens.

Bengals head coach Zac Taylor revealed the news about Higgins in his Monday press conference. Also, Taylor said that defensive end Trey Hendrickson, who has been dealing with a hip injury, will also be out against the Ravens.

Jayden Daniels, QB, and Terry McLaurin, WR, Washington Commanders
Update 11/28: On Friday, Commanders head coach Dan Quinn said quarterback Jayden Daniels would not play on Sunday night against the Denver Broncos. Wide receiver Terry McLaurin, though, is expected to take the field.
Isiah Pacheco, RB, Kansas City Chiefs
Update 11/25: On Tuesday, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid announced that running back Isiah Pacheco, who has been out with a knee injury, will return to action on Thanksgiving Day when the Chiefs play the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

According to the PFSN NFL RB Impact metrics, Pacheco has an impact score of 71.5 and grades out to a C-. In eight games in the 2025 NFL season, Pacheco has 78 carries for 329 yards and one touchdown.
Drake London, WR, Atlanta Falcons
Update 11/26: Falcons head coach Raheem Morris on Wednesday said it looked “doubtful” that wide receiver Drake London would be ready in time for Atlanta’s game against the New York Jets. NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported the update in a post on X on Wednesday.
According to the PFSN NFL WR Impact metrics, London has an impact score of 83.5 and grades out to a B.
Josh Allen, QB, and Dalton Kincaid, TE, Buffalo Bills
Update 11/28: Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to Schefter. Other players who have been ruled out for the Bills include starting tackles Spencer Brown and Dion Dawkins, along with linebacker Terrel Bernard and wide receiver Curtis Samuel.
Update 11/26: On Wednesday, Bills quarterback was listed on the team’s injury report with a right elbow injury, according to NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero. Allen was listed, though, as a full participant in the team’s practice on Wednesday.
Trey Benson, Bam Knight, Emari Demercado, RBs, and Marvin Harrison, WR, Arizona Cardinals
Update 11/28: On Friday, Cardinals running back Trey Benson was ruled out of Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Also ruled out were fellow running back Emari Demercado, guard Will Hernandez and defensive tackle Walter Nolen. Additionally, running back Bam Knight and wide receiver Marvin Harrison are listed as questionable.
Benson has been out of action and on Injured Reserve with a knee injury. But Benson returned to the Cardinals’ practice field last week and was a healthy scratch ahead of Arizona’s game with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
Baker Mayfield, QB, and Bucky Irving, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Update 11/28: On Friday, according to Buccaneers reporter Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times, Tampa Bay head coach Todd Bowles said that quarterback Baker Mayfield “looked good today” and is trending toward starting on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. As for running back Bucky Irving, he was not among Buccaneers players ruled out of Sunday’s game on Friday.
Update 11/26: On Wednesday, Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles said that quarterback Teddy Bridgewater would be getting most of the starters’ reps this week while quarterback Baker Mayfield remains a possible starter on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals, NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo reported.
Mayfield himself spoke to reporters on Wednesday at the Buccaneers’ practice facility about the pain in his left, non-throwing shoulder.

“It’s there” but it’s “decreasing for sure,” Mayfield said. ESPN NFL Buccaneers reporter Jenna Laine added that Mayfield’s MRI revealed that his left shoulder is stable structurally but it’s a pain tolerance issue. “If it’s gonna hinder how I play, then I probably won’t go,” Mayfield said. “But I won’t know that until later in the week of getting practice reps and see how that goes.”
Update 11/25: Mayfield, who suffered a sprained left shoulder on Sunday Night Football, has a low-grade sprain, according to sources after Mayfield had an MRI, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported on Monday. It looks like, at this time, that Mayfield could start next week.
Meanwhile, all signs point toward Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving to return this week. Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles offered an update on Irving’s condition on Monday, indicating that Irving will be on the team’s practice field this week ahead of Sunday’s game.

Last week, Bowles said this was the plan involving Irving at the time. So, Buccaneers fans can look forward to seeing Irving in the backfield. Now, the question will be who starts at quarterback after Buccaneers starter Baker Mayfield left Sunday night’s game with an injury.

C.J. Stroud, QB, and Jalen Pitre, S, Houston Texans
Update 11/28: On Friday, Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans said that quarterback C.J. Stroud and safety Jalen Pitre, who have been out with concussions, will start on Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts, according to Dianna Russini of The Athletic.
Daniel Jones, QB, Sauce Gardner, CB, and Tyler Warren, TE, Indianapolis Colts
Update 11/29: On Saturday, the Colts listed tight end Tyler Warren, who is dealing with an illness, as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans.
Update 11/28: On Friday, Colts head coach Shane Steichen said that quarterback Daniel Jones, who suffered a fracture in his fibula, is good to go on Sunday, according to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport.
Update 11/26: Colts quarterback Daniel Jones, who is dealing with a fibula injury, and cornerback Sauce Gardner, who is dealing with a back injury, were both listed as limited participants at practice on the Colts’ estimated injury report, according to Pelissero.
DeVonta Smith, WR, Philadelphia Eagles
Update 11.26: On Wednesday, Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith did not practice with the team due to shoulder-chest-illness issues, according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
Matthew Golden, WR, and Josh Jacobs, RB, Green Bay Packers
Update 11/26: On Wednesday, Packers wide receiver Matthew Golden was listed as questionable for the Thanksgiving Day game against the Detroit Lions at Ford Field. Meanwhile, Packers running back Josh Jacobs does not have an injury designation and appears to be good to go on Thursday, according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
JJ McCarthy, QB, Minnesota Vikings
Update 11/28: On Friday, Vikings quarterback JJ McCarthy was ruled out of Sunday’s game, according to Albert Breer, Senior NFL Reporter of The MMBQ. ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter reported that McCarthy is still in concussion protocol at this time. Max Brosner will get the start at quarterback for Minnesota.
Update 11/26: On Wednesday, the Vikings said that quarterback JJ McCarthy was going to participate in individual drills at the Vikings’ practice. McCarthy would not be involved in any team drills, according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Quarterback Max Brosmer was set to take all of the first-team reps in Wednesday’s practice.
Rashee Rice, WR, Kansas City Chiefs
Update 11/26: On Wednesday, Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice, who has been sidelined with a hamstring injury, was listed by the Chiefs as a full participant at practice for the past two days, according to Schefter.

It appears that Rice will be ready to go for the Chiefs’ game against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday. Additionally, the Chiefs ruled out guard Trey Smith and tight end Noah Gray from the Thanksgiving Day contest.
Alvin Kamara and Devin Neal, RBs, and Chris Olave, WR, New Orleans Saints
Update 11/28: On Friday, Saints running back Alvin Kamara was ruled out of Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins, according to NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero. But Saints head coach Kellen Moore said that Kamara, who suffered a knee strain last Sunday, will not be placed on Injured Reserve. Additionally, wide receiver Chris Olave, who is dealing with a back injury, is listed as questionable. Running back Devin Neal, who has been dealing with an ankle injury, is “good to go.”

Aaron Rodgers, QB, Pittsburgh Steelers
Update 11/28: On Friday, Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was asked if he’s going to start on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. Rodgers said, “All systems go.” Steelers reporter Chris Adamski of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review had the report on Friday.
Update 11/26: Rodgers was not seen on the Steelers’ practice field during the open media time on Wednesday. Quarterbacks Mason Rudolph and Will Howard were shown going through reps, according to ESPN Steelers reporter Brooke Pryor.
Update 11/25: Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said on Tuesday that he has “great optimism” about the trajectory of Rodgers, who missed last Sunday’s game with a fractured bone in his wrist, coming back on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported.
Darren Waller, TE, Miami Dolphins
Update 11/28: On Friday, Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel said that tight end Darren Waller, who has been dealing with a pectoral injury, could be activated from Injured Reserve ahead of Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints. McDaniel also said the same about tackle Austin Jackson, who has been dealing with a toe injury.
