The Philadelphia Eagles are adding another pass rusher to the mix.
Long-time Philadelphia defensive end Brandon Graham announced he is coming out of retirement to rejoin the Eagles. This is huge for the organization, not only because of the contributions he will bring to a struggling unit but also because of the leadership Graham will bring to the locker room. This will be Graham’s 16th season in Philadelphia.
With Graham coming out of retirement, it had many fans questioning whether or not another Eagles legend would consider the idea.
Is Jason Kelce Coming out of Retirement?
As much as Philadelphia fans would love to see Kelce on the field again, it doesn’t appear to be in the cards for the 37-year-old. After the news that Graham was strongly considering rejoining the Eagles surfaced, a fan asked, “Yo @JasonKelce u busy?”
Kelce responded to the post, simply writing, “Very.”
This is unfortunate, as the Eagles’ offensive line could use some leadership and aid. It’s worth noting Kelce’s position is not one of desperate need, as center Cam Jurgens is the second-best Eagles lineman this season, per PFSN. Philadelphia’s worst offensive lineman is guard Landon Dickerson, who has an impact score of 73.9.
The unit ranks No. 27 in the NFL this season, per PFSN metrics.
In contrast to the 2024 campaign, the offense is struggling to get their run game going. Superstar running back Saquon Barkley has yet to rush for more than 100 yards in a game this season. For reference, Barkley had 11 games hit this milestone in the 2024 regular season.

Kelce started 193 games in his career, all of which happened to be with the Eagles. He remained loyal to the franchise throughout his career, dating back to 2011 when they drafted him No. 191. The Cincinnati graduate now appears on ESPN as an analyst.
Since retiring, fans have also been able to enjoy Kelce and his brother, Travis, each and every week as part of their “New Heights” podcast. The two continue to discuss all things NFL-related and have featured guests from the likes of Taylor Swift to Deion Sanders.
Elsewhere, Kelce is finally able to enjoy his life at home and not have to endure the grueling process that comes with playing in the National Football League.
Although Kelce missed out on the ultimate high of hoisting the Vince Lombardi Trophy in 2024 since he wasn’t on the team, it’s tough to picture him back in an Eagles uniform given all his ventures post-retirement.

Who cares?
Why would we need you to tell up something that’s very obvious?? This article is a money grab!!
Kelce was not the center in the 2024 season.
If im not mistaken kelce wasn’t the eagles center last year when the eagles won their 2nd super bowl. Which was salmon first season with the eagles
It literally says that
Yes it does clearly state that
