Should I Draft Greg Dulcich in Fantasy Football?
Dulcich is now 26 years old and has yet to record 35 receptions in a single professional season. Despite the lack of established production, he possesses a strong athletic profile that gives him the physical tools required to produce at this level.
In Miami, the target competition is currently lacking, to say the least. Caleb Douglas and Chris Bell are rookie wideouts looking to get their feet wet at the NFL level. The lack of depth around him makes Dulcich the most appealing redraft pick among all the receiving options on the team.

However, being the top option in Miami does not necessarily guarantee fantasy success or even viability. The offense is led by Malik Willis, and we simply do not know if Willis is capable of supporting even one viable fantasy pass catcher on a weekly basis.
Even if Willis manages to produce a startable fantasy pass catcher, there is no guarantee that Dulcich is the one who steps into that role.
Because of these variables, fantasy managers should treat Dulcich strictly as a streaming option. If he fails to earn routes consistently early in the year, you should feel entirely comfortable dropping him for other alternatives. He will likely be added and dropped repeatedly this season as managers attempt to squeeze any available production out of the tight end spot, so don’t get too attached.
While dealing with that volatility can be frustrating, utilizing this streaming strategy could prove optimal compared to spending premium early draft capital on elite players like Brock Bowers or Trey McBride in the first few rounds. If that’s the path you want, you’re wise to consider all options with a path to volume, a path Dulchich checks.
