Top DSTs To Start in Week 15
Miami Dolphins, DST (vs. NYJ)
The Miami Dolphins rank among the best defenses in the league with their front four, and that puts them in a favorable spot most weeks. Combine that strength with an elite offense that can put pressure on Zach Wilson to be overly aggressive, and this is the profile of a D/ST that could swing matchups this week.

Miami’s defense scored 23 points in the first meeting with their divisional rival, courtesy of seven sacks and a touchdown.
Dallas Cowboys, DST (at BUF)
The matchup with the Bills in Buffalo comes with the risk of allowing a bunch of points, but if you’re playing the process, this Dallas defense is one you can feel great about in this spot. How do DSTs score fantasy points? Opponent dropbacks and big plays.
Well, the Bills are pacing for a fourth straight season as a top-10 offense in pass attempts per game, and the Cowboys are a top-10 team in blitz rate. Dallas may give up a big play or two, but given how most leagues score their DSTs, one big play made more than offsets a few chunk plays.
