Tom Brady will take the field on Saturday for the first time since his retirement three years ago. The Fanatics Flag Football Classic brings together NFL stars, elite athletes, and Team USA for a first-of-its-kind competition ahead of flag football’s Olympic debut at LA28.
How to Watch and Stream the Fanatics Flag Football Classic
The seven-time Super Bowl champion co-captains Team Founders alongside Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, and he brought an old friend along for the ride. Brady’s squad features former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski, reuniting one of the most dominant quarterback-tight end combinations in NFL history.
Three teams will compete in a round-robin tournament, with the top two advancing to a championship game. Games follow modified Olympic-style flag football rules, featuring two 15-minute halves with a running clock on a 50-by-25-yard field.
The event airs live on FOX, FOX One, and Tubi at 4 p.m. ET. Kevin Burkhardt and Greg Olsen handle the call, bringing their NFL broadcast chemistry to the flag football format.
Fans can stream the event live on Fubo, which offers a free trial. For viewers outside the U.S., the competition streams internationally on the Fanatics YouTube channel.
The action runs from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. ET (1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. PT) at BMO Stadium, home of MLS side LAFC in Los Angeles. Kevin Hart hosts alongside Druski, with legends Drew Brees and Larry Fitzgerald serving as honorary commissioners.

Why the 2026 Fanatics Flag Football Classic Matters
Flag football makes its Olympic debut at the 2028 Los Angeles Games, and this event serves as a preview of what’s to come. BMO Stadium will host Olympic flag football in two years, making Saturday’s competition a dress rehearsal at the actual venue.
BE AN NFL GM: PFSN’s Ultimate GM Simulator
The U.S. men’s national team has won five consecutive IFAF Flag Football World Championships. Matching them against NFL stars creates an intriguing dynamic: elite flag football specialists versus the best athletes from the tackle version of the sport.
Brady hasn’t played competitive football since the 2022 season. At 48, he won’t be evading pass rushers or absorbing hits, but the smaller field and modified rules should suit his precision passing. Watching him connect with Gronkowski one more time is reason enough to tune in.
