BYU’s LJ Martin anchors our All-Big 12 offense after leading the conference with 1,305 rushing yards and averaging 100.4 yards per game, ranking sixth nationally. His 12 rushing touchdowns further solidified his elite production for the Cougars. Arizona State’s Raleek Brown joined him, demonstrating exceptional explosiveness by rushing for 1,141 yards and setting a program road-game record with 255 rushing yards against Colorado, finishing the regular season with 1,446 all-purpose yards.

Devon Dampier was a dual-threat force, earning his spot for revitalizing the Utes’ offense, finishing the regular season with 2,180 passing yards and 22 passing touchdowns alongside 687 rushing yards and seven rushing touchdowns in 11 games.

TCU WR Eric McAlister and BYU WR Parker Kingston were highly productive targets, with Kingston excelling as a versatile threat, logging 61 receptions for 848 yards and five receiving touchdowns, along with three rushing scores. The offensive line was anchored by Utah OL Spencer Fano, a finalist for the Outland Trophy.

The defense is dominated by the Big 12 Champion Texas Tech Red Raiders, who showcased one of the nation’s elite defenses. The unit was anchored by LB Jacob Rodriguez, the winner of the Butkus Award, Bronko Nagurski Trophy, and Lombardi Award. He led the Red Raiders and the FBS with seven forced fumbles while recording 117 tackles and four interceptions, solidifying his status as the nation’s top defensive player.

He was joined by three other Texas Tech First Team selections: David Bailey, who led all of college football with 74 pressures, A.J. Holmes Jr., and DT Lee Hunter on the interior, all key to a defense that led the nation in turnovers gained (31) and rushing defense (68.5 yards per game).

Desmond Purnell was in elite form for the Kansas State Wildcats, securing the second linebacker spot. The secondary featured Texas Tech CB Brice Pollock, who was an integral part of the nation’s fifth-ranked total defense. Arizona State’s Keith Abney II and Arizona’s Treydan Stukes were recognized for their coverage abilities. The safety unit included Arizona SAF Dalton Johnson and Utah SAF Tao Johnson, with the Utes’ defense ranking among the top in the conference in scoring defense.

The First Team specialists unit showcased reliable kicking and explosive return play. Ethan Sanchez provided a consistent scoring threat for the Houston Cougars, while Baylor punter Palmer Williams was recognized for his strong punting average and ability to control field position.

The return game was headlined by two dynamic players. Emmanuel Henderson Jr. was a significant threat on kickoffs for the Kansas Jayhawks, consistently providing good field position. Utah PR Mana Carvalho was one of the most effective punt returners in the Big 12, demonstrating excellent vision and speed.

The Second Team offense was led by Cincinnati QB Brendan Sorsby, who tied for sixth among Power Four signal-callers with nine rushing touchdowns. Utah RB Wayshawn Parker and Texas Tech’s Cameron Dickey provided a solid ground attack.

The receiving corps included Arizona State WR Jordyn Tyson, who was still highly productive despite missing three games due to injury, and Cincinnati WR Cyrus Allen. Meanwhile, Dallen Bentley contributed to Utah’s revitalized offense.

Texas Tech’s defensive dominance continues into the second team, with Romello Height ranking seventh in the FBS for pressures in the Red Raiders’ destructive front. Oklahoma State’s Wendell Gregory was also a consistent force in the backfield, despite a difficult season for the Cowboys.

The linebacker unit was led by Arizona State’s Keyshaun Elliott and TCU’s Kaleb Elarms-Orr. The secondary included BYU’s Evan Johnson and Oklahoma State’s  LaDainian Fields, both reliable cover corners. Phillip Dunnam (UCF) and Bud Clark (TCU) rounded out the unit as solid defensive backs who provided critical run and coverage support.

The Second Team special teams unit was led by Baylor’s Connor Hawkins, who provided consistent scoring on field goal attempts for the Bears. Iowa State punter Tyler Perkins was recognized for his performance, contributing to the Cyclones’ field position advantage.

The return game featured Baylor Kole Wilson on kickoffs, and BYU’s Parker Kingston, who added punt return honors to his earlier wide receiver recognition, was selected after tallying 192 total punt return yards and 12.8 yards per return with a score.

The Third Team offense saw Josh Hoover narrowly pip BYU true freshman Bear Bachmeier. The TCU quarterback threw for over 3,400 yards with 29 touchdowns. The running back tandem included Iowa State’s Carson Hansen and Cincinnati’s Tawee Walker, both of whom made significant contributions to their team’s ground game.

The receiving threats included Kansas standout Emmanuel Henderson Jr. and TCU’s Joseph Manjack IV, two high-volume receivers for their respective offenses. Baylor tight end Michael Trigg provided a reliable pass-catching option in a conference packed with talented playmakers at the position.

The Third Team defense recognized a pair of solid edge rushers in TCU EDGE Devean Deal and Colorado EDGE Arden Walker. The interior line was anchored by Arizona’s Deshawn McKnight and West Virginia’s Edward Vesterinen, the only Mountaineer to receive All-Big 12 recognition.

The secondary included Iowa State CB Jeremiah Cooper and CB Jontez Williams, two of the best cover corners whose true value was demonstrated when they couldn’t see the field in 2025. Safety duo VJ Payne (Kansas State) and Christian Harrison (Cincinnati) provided consistent play and leadership on the back end of the defense.

  • P: Max Fletcher, Cincinnati Bearcats
  • KR: Jaden Nixon, UCF Knights
  • PR: Aiden Flora, Iowa State Cyclones

The Third Team specialists included Arizona State K Jesus Gomez, who was a consistent point scorer and game-winner for the Sun Devils. Max Fletcher’s mastery of field position proved beneficial for the Bearcats on multiple occasions.

The return game featured Jaden Nixon on kickoffs, a quick and elusive returner. Iowa State PR Aiden Flora was selected as the punt returner after averaging 26.1 yards per return with a game-winning touchdown against TCU late in the season.
