Jacksonville Jaguars running back Bhayshul Tuten has been running wild against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday as the Jaguars held a 35-6 lead in the fourth quarter at home in Jacksonville, Fla.
Tuten has been showing off by peeling off key rushes that have effectively rendered the Chargers’ defense ineffective. Tuten was a fourth-round draft choice by Jacksonville out of Virginia Tech in the 2025 NFL Draft. He’s proven to be a solid asset when he’s on the field as a part of the Jaguars’ offensive plans.
What Happened To Jaguars RB Bhayshul Tuten?
While Tuten has been the star back behind Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence, he appeared to come up injured at one point.
In this clip, Tuten totally blasts through the Chargers’ defense.

In Sunday’s game, Tuten had 15 carries for 74 yards and one touchdown. With him not being able to return on Sunday, potentially, Jaguars head coach Liam Coen will now turn to Travis Etienne Jr. to handle the majority of Jacksonville’s running game.
Tuten is a native of Paulsboro, N.J., and the 22-year-old rookie is doing his best to make his name known among NFL defenses with his ability to gash through defensive lines.
The Jaguars found a diamond in the rough with Tuten, a player whose talents can go alongside two-way star Travis Hunter for Jacksonville. They form a bright future together in Jacksonville for the Jaguars’ offensive plans.
According to the PFSN NFL RB Impact metrics, Etienne has an NFL RB Impact Score of 80.7, grading out to a B-. Etienne, before Sunday’s game against the Chargers, had 135 rush attempts for 656 yards and three rushing touchdowns.
What about the Jaguars’ offense? According to the PFSN NFL Offense Impact metrics, the Jaguars have an NFL Offense Impact Score of 69.5, grading out to a D+. Those numbers are not much to write home about, but a player like Tuten can make those numbers look a little deceiving at times on the scoreboard.
