Before and during a big moment, many performers experience nerves that are sometimes out of control. This is a normal reaction. Some are able to manage their symptoms. Others just blow it.
College football fans watching the Michigan State vs. Toledo matchup on Friday night saw a young athlete who left it all out on the field.
CFB World Reacts to Michigan State Player Puking In-Game
It’s Week 1 of the college football season, which means many programs are in action for the first time this year. That’s the case for the Spartans, who are playing host to the Rockets in East Lansing, Michigan.
A close, back-and-forth battle brought out the best in both sides. Unfortunately for one player, it brought out a little too much.
Michigan State’s right tackle ended up puking just after the ball was snapped during a two-point attempt in the fourth quarter. Amazingly, the Toledo pass rusher didn’t let up; he kept pursuing the Spartans’ quarterback with gusto.
It was a moment that easily could have been missed, but thankfully, social media was there to capture the clip and provide the key commentary we’ve all come to appreciate.
One reaction from Pro Football Network’s Cam Mellor called it the “intimidation” factor from the Michigan State right tackle. Though we doubt this one will end up in the offensive lineman’s scouting report.

People couldn’t believe what they had just witnessed. One spectator asked, “What in the world?”
Michigan State RT just puked his brains out mid two-point attempt. What in the world?

Frankly, it was disgusting, and it’s kind of crazy how many people happened to notice the incident.
“Michigan State RT just puked post snap on the 2pt play … DE went to engage and got absolutely covered in the buddy’s vomit 😅😂🤮,” wrote another fan.

Others almost couldn’t believe what they saw, but this next clip shows it, clear as day. Just in case you were curious.
“Did anyone else see someone puke on that play?”

Meanwhile, one astute watcher feels like they know exactly what the lineman discarded post-snap.
“Uhh yes. Dude puked up a 32oz Gatorade.”
Chances are, that’s a play that many won’t forget for quite some time.
Hopefully that Toledo pass-rusher was able to rinse himself on the sideline. If not, that post-game shower can’t happen soon enough, both for his sake and his teammates’.
