1) Las Vegas Raiders

Fernando Mendoza, Indiana | QB

It seems like a guarantee that the Las Vegas Raiders will be selecting Fernando Mendoza with the first overall pick. With Mendoza and the newly-hired head coach, Klint Kubiak, the Raiders will be kicking off a whole new era.

Mendoza is coming off a phenomenal Heisman and National Championship-winning 2025 season. He led Indiana to an undefeated 16-0 record, completing a turnaround for the ages.

With two and a half years of starting experience in college, Mendoza should be able to take the reins from the jump. He will provide the Raiders with accuracy, the ability to throw with anticipation, mobility, and toughness. After a myriad of quarterback post-Derek Carr, Raiders fans finally hope they have their answer in Mendoza.

2) New York Jets

Arvell Reese, Ohio State | EDGE/LB

Following the Jermaine Johnson trade, the New York Jets seem locked in to take an edge rusher with the second selection. Arvell Reese out of Ohio State seems like the probable pick. The 20-year-old is coming off a Consensus All-American season as just a first-year starter.

Reese measured in at 6’4″, 241 pounds at the combine this week. He offers elite speed, physicality, and strength. With his experience playing off the ball at linebacker, on the edge, and standing up along the interior of the defensive front, Reese has the versatility to be utilized as a chess piece. Reese has limitless potential for the Jets’ defense.

3) Arizona Cardinals

Francis Mauigoa, Miami (FL) | OT

The Arizona Cardinals could look to start the Mike LaFleur era off in the trenches. Miami’s Francis Mauigoa has a strong chance of being that selection. Mauigoa played at right tackle for Miami. He is a young 20-year-old prospect with 42 games of starting experience.

Mauigoa possesses the combination of size and athleticism to be a force. Opposite Paris Johnson Jr., the Cardinals should have their bookend tackles for the long term with Mauigoa added in the fold.

4) Tennessee Titans

David Bailey, Texas Tech | EDGE

One key measurable that Robert Saleh emphasized in defensive players throughout his tenure with the Jets was arm length. Knowing that, David Bailey has a strong chance to get the nod for the Tennessee Titans with the fourth pick. This week, he measured in with 33 3/4″ arms at the combine.

Bailey had a breakout 2025 season, recording 14.5 sacks. The upside is there for Bailey to be a game-breaking edge pass rusher. He is not only gifted with length but also with athleticism. He has the potential to overwhelm offensive tackles with his outside speed rush.

5) New York Giants

Spencer Fano, Utah | OT

The New York Giants could look to go in a few different directions with this pick. Here, offensive tackle gets the nod. Jermaine Eluemunor’s future is up in the air due to his looming free agency. Spencer Fano is a terrific athlete with youth and experience.

6) Cleveland Browns

Carnell Tate, Ohio State | WR

The Cleveland Browns address one of their key offensive needs with Ohio State wide receiver Carnell Tate. He offers a tall frame with the ability to dominate downfield. Tate averaged 17.2 yards per catch in 2025.

With his tall 6’2″ height, Tate thrives at the catch point in contested situations. He can also provide versatility in the run game, with his efficiency as a blocker. Tate has the skill set to give Shedeur Sanders the go-to wide receiver he needs.

7) Washington Commanders

Rueben Bain Jr., Miami (FL) | EDGE

Rueben Bain Jr. may have very short arms, but he is still one of the premier players in the 2026 NFL Draft. He was consistently productive during his three years at Miami, recording 20.5 sacks. During Miami’s 2025 championship run, he recorded 5 sacks across 4 games.

As a prospect, Bain offers an explosive get-off and the ability to convert to power. He plays with a relentless, non-stop motor. Bain could give Dan Quinn and the Washington Commanders the game-wrecker they need on defense.

8) New Orleans Saints

Makai Lemon, USC | WR

The New Orleans Saints could look to give their second-year quarterback, Tyler Shough, a talented pass catcher with their first-round pick. Makai Lemon out of USC was the Biletnikoff winner for the 2025 season. He is an elite competitor who can thrive at the catch point despite his undersized measurables.

Lemon is an advanced route runner with reliable hands and great run-after-catch ability. He is fearless operating over the middle of the field. With Lemon alongside Chris Olave, Shough would have a promising tandem to grow with.

9) Kansas City Chiefs

Jeremiyah Love, Notre Dame | RB

The Kansas City Chiefs need to surround Patrick Mahomes with better playmakers. Particularly, a run game that opposing defenses have to respect. Jeremiyah Love out of Notre Dame is an ideal selection for the Chiefs with this pick.

Love has home-run-hitting ability anytime he gets the football in his hands. He just ran a 4.36 40-yard dash at the Scouting Combine. Not only can Love run the ball at a high level, but he can also contribute in the passing game as both a receiver and blocker. Love would provide Mahomes with the support that he needs.

10) Cincinnati Bengals

Caleb Downs, Ohio State | S

Defensively, the Cincinnati Bengals must improve. Here, they add one of the top overall prospects on defense in this entire draft. Caleb Downs is coming off back-to-back Unanimous All-American seasons in his two years at Ohio State.

14) Baltimore Ravens

Jordyn Tyson, Arizona State | WR

Jordyn Tyson is an explosive playmaker who could help out the Baltimore Ravens on the perimeter. At the combine, he measured in at 6’2″, 203 pounds. Not only does he have good size, but Tyson is also an elite athlete.

Tyson is a natural separator with his exceptional quickness as a route runner. He has incredible body control and ball skills to corral passes outside of his frame. Tyson opposite Zay Flowers could give Lamar Jackson the best wide receiver duo that he has had in his career.

15) Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Akheem Mesidor, Miami (FL) | EDGE

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will likely attempt to upgrade their pass rush in the 2026 NFL Draft. Akheem Mesidor, out of Miami, is an older prospect, but he can rush the passer at a high level from both the inside and outside up front.

He has the versatility to take schemed touches around the line of scrimmage for big plays. Concepcion also has the explosion and speed to provide the Jets offense with big plays down the field.

21) Pittsburgh Steelers

Ty Simpson, Alabama | QB

Aaron Rodgers’ future is up in the air. But even if the Pittsburgh Steelers bring him back, they need to look toward the future. Having Ty Simpson come in and develop under Mike McCarthy could provide the Steelers with the long-term answer they need.

His start to the 2025 season was phenomenal. However, with only one year of starting experience in college, Simpson will likely need to be a backup early on. That said, his talent is undeniable, and he has the chance to develop into a franchise quarterback.

22) Los Angeles Chargers

Keldric Faulk, Auburn | EDGE

The Los Angeles Chargers have some questions at edge going into this offseason. Khalil Mack and Odafe Oweh are both free agents. Chances are, the Chargers will be looking for a big addition to this position group.

Keldric Faulk, out of Auburn, has elite measurables. He is physical and will provide a strong presence defending the run. Having him develop alongside a similar type of player in Tuli Tuipulotu could pay dividends toward the progress Faulk needs to make as a pass rusher.

23) Philadelphia Eagles

Brandon Cisse, South Carolina | CB

The Philadelphia Eagles could use a cornerback to join Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean. Drafting Brandon Cisse out of South Carolina would allow the Eagles to play DeJean in the slot without a liability on the outside.
