First Look at Nike A’Two: A’ja Wilson Announces Latest Signature Shoe’s Release Date

A'ja Wilson has officially unveiled the Nike A'Two, her second signature shoe, packed with upgraded technology and set to drop on May 2.

A’ja Wilson has always been someone who’s never settled for less. After becoming the first player in WNBA history to score a title, a league championship, Finals MVP, regular-season MVP, and Defensive Player of the Year in a single season, the Aces star is channeling her relentless energy into her sneaker journey.

Nike has officially announced her second signature shoe, and Wilson is making it clear that it’s not just an update. It’s a statement.

A’ja Wilson Brings Out Nike A’Two: ‘Bigger, Bolder, and Even More Me’

The Nike A’Two was formally unveiled during Wilson’s first-ever global Nike Basketball signature athlete tour, with the shoe debuting in Paris before the official announcement. The release date is set for May 2, available globally on Nike’s website and at select retailers, with pricing expected to be $145.

The Las Vegas Aces star was direct about what this shoe represents in relation to its predecessor. “The A’One was a journey, a real blessing,” she said in a press release.

Wilson added, “It did exactly what it was meant to do and put people on notice. The A’Two is a level up of that strong foundation. It’s bigger, bolder and even more me. I poured my whole heart into the shoe and the collection, creating something that everyone can continue to feel a part of, from the girlies to the kids to the fellas.”

The A’Two offers a meaningful performance upgrade over the A’One. The most notable addition is a forefoot Nike Air Zoom unit that delivers greater responsiveness than its predecessor. Cushlon 3.0 foam returns in the midsole, but is now paired with a mid-foot shank to maintain energy transfer and control torsional movement.

It’s a combination that gives the shoe a more dynamic, locked-in feel underfoot. A reinforced external heel counter rounds out the technical package, adding critical support for the kind of hard plants and pivots that define Wilson’s game.

The upper has also been completely reimagined. The older layered mesh of the A’One has now been replaced by a molded synthetic leather construction, with horizontal ripples on the lateral side and diagonal lines on the medial, and mesh windows cut into the surface beneath.

The design is both functional and deeply personal, with a texture that draws directly from the pearl necklace Wilson’s grandmother gave her as a child, a motif that ran through the A’One’s storytelling and continues into this chapter. An embroidered star at the toe and Wilson’s signature logo on the tongue complete the look.

The launch colorway is the A’Pink, bathed in Wilson’s favorite color and finished with iridescent details across the Swoosh, shank, heel clip, and tongue badge.

Truly, it’s a collection built for everyone. The shoe arrives alongside a seven-piece apparel collection for adults and kids, one Wilson described with characteristic directness.

“The materials for my collection are A’grade,” she said. “We wanted each piece to be top-tier, meeting players’ every need in performance and style, adding something special to their wardrobe that’s both athletic and fashionable.”

Anchoring the line is the A’Sym reversible single-leg tight, an evolution of one of the A’One collection’s most distinctive pieces. It is joined by a reversible Dri-FIT long-sleeve top, an oversized unisex sateen-lined hoodie available in both adult and kids sizing, performance shorts, a cropped muscle tank, and an airbrushed Dri-FIT tee.

The A’One set a top bar. It sold out within minutes of launch, drawing wearers from across both the WNBA and NBA, and helping Wilson build a genuine brand presence far beyond the court. With upgraded technology, a deeper personal narrative, and a collection designed to scale from performance to lifestyle, the A’Two looks built to clear it.
