Drake Maye’s Wife Welcomes Dave Portnoy to Cooking Show

Ann is hosting a show titled “Beyond Bakemas” and Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy is in the kitchen with Michael.

In this clip shared on X by Danny Healey, who is part of Shadow Lion, the production company behind “Beyond Bakemas,” Michael and Portnoy can be seen chatting it up while cooking up something good.

“Ann Michael Maye meets Dave Portnoy in the kitchen for Ep 1 of her new series ‘Beyond Bakemas'”, Healey wrote. “Live everywhere on @NBCSBoston (NBC Sports Boston) and a @ShadowLion production. Couldn’t be more excited to help produce this show. Ann Michael was incredible, thank you @stoolpresidente and GO PATS!”

On the clip, Michael and Portnoy are shown getting prepared to bake some “Patriots M&M Cookies”. They both talk about pizza a little bit and even chat it up about donuts, too.

In June 2025, Maye married Michael, his longtime girlfriend, in a ceremony attended by their family and friends. Maye was a first-round draft choice (No. 3 overall) by the Patriots in the 2024 NFL Draft.

This season, Maye, after the regular season ended, had 4,394 passing yards, 31 touchdowns, and eight interceptions. Maye had a QBR of 77.2. According to the PFSN NFL QB Impact metrics, Maye finished the regular season with an impact score of 91.1 and graded out to an A-. Maye was the No. 2 top QB in the NFL according to the metrics as well.

In Maye’s rookie year, he threw for 2,276 passing yards, 15 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. His output for the 2025 NFL regular season was much improved, as his statistics indicate.

Now with his wife working on her show, the Maye family will look to be a presence not only on a football field but in people’s homes, too. Maye and the Patriots are focused, though, on the Sunday night showdown with Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert and head coach Jim Harbaugh.
