Tre Harris’ NFL Draft Scouting Report
Tre Harris was originally a transfer from Louisiana Tech, but proved he belonged alongside top SEC competitors with an incredibly productive two-year stretch at Ole Miss. He neared 1,000 yards in 2023, and in 2024, he eclipsed that mark in just eight games, while scoring a TD on over 10% of his catches.
At 6’2″, 205 pounds, with 32″ arms, Harris has the build of a potential X-receiver, and he also has the catch-point authority to hound defensive backs. With his body control, hand strength, and attacking IQ, he controls conversion situations, but his game is also quietly complete beyond his catching ability.
While he’s not an elite vertical threat, he’s an explosive stem artist with great size-adjusted fluidity and angle freedom on in-breakers, and he can use his bend and play strength as a RAC threat, too. Bearing some similarity to prime Allen Robinson, Harris should be in heavy demand just outside of Round 1.

Tre Harris’ Latest NFL Draft Projection
PFSN’s Ian Cummings projected that Harris would be picked 52nd overall by the Seattle Seahawks in his latest seven-round mock draft.
Cummings said, “At 6’2″, 205 pounds, with 32″ arms, Tre Harris has the size, physicality against press, and catch-point authority to be the Seahawks’ X-receiver alongside Cooper Kupp and Jaxon Smith-Njigba.”

Where Does Tre Harris Rank Among 2025’s WR Prospects?
Here are the top 10 WR rankings for the 2025 NFL Draft, according to PFSN Draft Analyst Ian Cummings:
10. Kyle Williams, Washington State
9. Jayden Higgins, Iowa State
8. Tre Harris, Ole Miss
7. Jaylin Noel, Iowa State
6. Luther Burden III, Missouri
5. Jalen Royals, Utah State
4. Tetairoa McMillan, Arizona
3. Emeka Egbuka, Ohio State
2. Matthew Golden, Texas
1. Travis Hunter, Colorado
Harris has the makings of an NFL star. That much was clear early in his Ole Miss career, but even more so in a truncated, injury-shortened 2024 campaign. Three times in eight games, Harris eclipsed 175 receiving yards — totaling over 1,000 yards on the year.
Harris is unique in how well-rounded he is as a pass-catcher. His highlight plays involve his elite catching instincts and hand-eye coordination, and his size at 6’2″, 205 pounds stands out on tape, but he’s also an intelligent and physical route runner with an added RAC flair.
A common pro comparison for Harris has been Allen Robinson, who was a Pro Bowler for the Jacksonville Jaguars early in his career. Looking at Harris’ body type, testing, play style, and production, that comparison could end up aging very well.
