New England Patriots legend and Fox NFL analyst Tom Brady released his “controversial” Week 11 Power Rankings. While many of the teams might not be as controversial as implied, the order could spark some debate.
Let’s dive into the legendary quarterback’s rankings.
Week 11 Power Rankings: Tom Brady Stirs ‘Controversy’ With His Latest List
FOX Sports NFL on X posted a clip of Brady running through his Power Rankings.
Addressing the Kansas City Chiefs at No. 10, Brady countered any naysayers by creating the picture of quarterback Patrick Mahomes playing postseason football in the January cold. He alluded to how Mahomes having the ball late in the game is a recipe for the Chiefs’ success.
Talking about the Buffalo Bills, Brady said that their game against the Buccaneers was an indication of what Josh Allen and the squad could look like in the playoffs. Buffalo won its Week 11 game 44-32 versus Baker Mayfield and company.
The New England Patriots, at No. 4, impressed their former quarterback of 20 years, despite a slow start against the New York Jets in Week 11. So, which were his top-3 ranked teams?
Well, here is the ex-NFL Quarterback Legend’s list:
10) Kansas City Chiefs
9) Green Bay Packers
8) Chicago Bears
7) Tampa Bay Buccaneers
6) Seattle Seahawks
5) Buffalo Bills
4) New England Patriots
3) Denver Broncos
2) Los Angeles Rams
1) Philadelphia Eagles
The post was captioned, “Is this @TomBrady’s most controversial Power Rankings to date? He thinks it might be.” And Brady also gave reasons for his top picks, as he did for all other teams.

The Broncos keeping the Chiefs at bay in their showdown at Mile High earned Sean Payton’s men the third spot on Brady’s list this week. He also noted Denver’s strong defensive effort, which could be something to watch for the future.

The Rams’ toppling of the Seahawks earned head coach Sean McVay’s team the second spot in Brady’s Power Rankings as well as the top seed in the NFC West. LA’s defense showed up against Seattle’s vaunted offense, and Matthew Stafford ran a tight ship on the other side of the ball, featuring Kyren Williams, Puka Nacua, and Davante Adams.
Finally, the Eagles held on to the top spot in Brady’s list with their primetime win over the Lions. It was a game of defensive chess, which Philly pulled through in the end. It hasn’t been pretty for head coach Nick Sirianni and company this season, but they got the job done when it mattered most.
Expect some interesting shifts in the Power Rankings as we work toward the home stretch of the campaign. Consistency will be key in maintaining a strong playoff push, and the teams with the best roster depth should reap the benefits of it as we head deep into the season.
