Williams, who has bid adieu to her career with 73 singles titles, including 23 majors, and 23 doubles titles, has recently showcased her practice session, highlighting that the sport will always be a big part of her life.

However, in her recent session, her daughters, Adira River Ohanian, 2, and Alexis Olympia Ohanian, 8, whom she shares with Alexis Ohanian, the former executive chairman and co-founder of Reddit, made their appearance.

This isn’t the first time Williams’ youngest daughter has accompanied her to the court, as last year in November, the icon shared pictures from their session through her Instagram post, where she was enjoying quality time teaching her daughter, and expressed through the caption, “This is me sharing my passion for tennis with my youngest daughter.”

The four-time Olympic gold medallist, who reached great heights in tennis, once shared in an interview with Byrdie in 2024 that when her children look back on her career, they learn to embrace other passions and interests in their lives, along with sports.

She added, “I want my daughters to look at my career and learn that being authentic to themselves is really the most important thing. You don’t have to be the best as long as you do your best. I also hope my daughters see how many different passions I have, from tennis to beauty, and learn that they can lead dynamic careers and lives across their many interests.”

Apart from her tennis feats and philanthropic endeavours, Williams also entered the beauty industry with her brand, WYN Beauty, launched in April 2024, to offer products for active lifestyles.
