The confetti had settled, the crowd had gone home, and Arthur Ashe Stadium sat empty except for one person. Aryna Sabalenka stood alone on the court where she’d just defended her US Open title, but this time she wasn’t holding a racket. She was wearing a designer dress worth more than most people’s monthly salary, posing with her trophy in what would become one of the most stylish champions’ photoshoots in recent memory.
What Did Aryna Sabalenka Wear During Her Champions’ Photoshoot After Winning the 2025 US Open?
Sabalenka wore a ruched light pink dress during the champions’ photoshoot after winning the 2025 US Open. This marked her second singles title at Flushing Meadows, having previously won the title in 2024 by defeating Jessica Pegula in the final.
This year, Sabalenka began her title defense at the New York Major by triumphing over Rebeka Masarova, Polina Kudermetova, Leylah Fernandez, Cristina Bucșa, Markéta Vondroušová, and fourth seed Pegula. In the final, she overcame eighth seed Amanda Anisimova, winning 6-3, 7-6(3) to claim the 2025 US Open title, her fourth Grand Slam singles title overall.
After her victory over Anisimova, Sabalenka returned to an empty Arthur Ashe Stadium following a wardrobe change to pose for the champions’ photoshoot.

The World No. 1 was dressed in a $1,630 Magda Butrym light pink, high-neck, ruched midi dress with a cape overlay. She completed her look with nude Femme GG heels and a stylish watch from Audemars Piguet.
Sabalenka stood between the empty stands at the stadium and posed with her US Open trophy, creating a striking visual contrast between the elegant fashion and the athletic venue where she’d just completed her championship run.

Beyond winning two US Open singles titles in 2024 and 2025, Sabalenka also won a doubles title at the New York Major in 2019 alongside Elise Mertens, adding to her impressive Flushing Meadows resume.
What Did Sabalenka Say After Winning the US Open Title?
Following her win over Anisimova in the final of the 2025 US Open, Sabalenka shared that she had made a conscious decision to control her emotions and “stay focused” in order to finish strong and claim the title.
“Going into this final, I decided for myself that I’m going to control my emotions. There was a few moments when I was this close [pinching together thumb and index finger] to just letting go. But I was like, ‘Come on, you cannot do that. You have to stay focused and keep going, keep trying,'” Sabalenka said.
The World No. 1 mentioned that after her hard work throughout the season, she felt deserving of a Grand Slam title. She expressed that she is “super proud” of herself for managing her emotions during the final match and successfully defending her title at the New York Major.
“This one felt like I had to overcome a lot of things to get this one. The hard work we put in, like, I deserved to have a Grand Slam title this season. It means a lot to defend this title and to bring such a great tennis on court. And to bring the fight and be able to handle my emotions the way I did in this final, it means a lot. I’m super proud right now of myself,” she added.
Despite winning the 2025 US Open, Sabalenka’s season included some near misses at other Grand Slams. She finished as the runner-up at the 2025 Australian Open and the French Open, where she lost to Madison Keys and Coco Gauff in the finals, respectively. At the Wimbledon Championships, she reached the semifinals but was eliminated by eventual runner-up Anisimova.
