Matteo Berrettini was recently seen enjoying his tennis off-season, spending quality time with Italian dancer Vanessa Bellini.

Matteo Berrettini is enjoying his off-season, spending quality time with Vanessa Bellini, a dancer who has appeared on the Italian talent show “Amici di Maria De Filippi” in 2022.

Berrettini and Bellini reportedly first met in June 2025 during a show by Italian rapper Marracash in Turin. Bellini was performing as a background dancer while the former World No. 6 was in the audience. In addition to working with Marracash, Bellini has also performed for artists such as Rose Villain, Elodie, and The Kolors.

Matteo Berrettini Spends Time With Vanessa Bellini During 2025 Off-Season

Recently, Bellini took to social media to share a series of pictures and videos from her performances with Marracash, as well as backstage moments with other performers and much more. Among these posts, she included a video of Berrettini enjoying a plate of pasta and also added a selfie with him.

“Be grateful.. đź«€ 🌬️,” Bellini captioned her Instagram post (translated from Italian).

Bellini also shared the video of Berrettini eating pasta on her Instagram story along with some emojis.

The first picture Bellini shared of herself with Berrettini was during her photo dump following her 22nd birthday celebrations. In that post, she included a mirror selfie they took together in an elevator.

On the tennis side of things, Berrettini’s best performance in 2025 was reaching the quarterfinals in singles at five tournaments: the Qatar Open, Dubai Tennis Championships, Miami Open, Vienna Open, and Moselle Open.

The former World No. 6 competed in two Grand Slam tournaments in 2025: the Australian Open, where he was defeated in the second round by Holger Rune, and the Wimbledon Championships, where he was eliminated in the first round by Kamil Majchrzak. He withdrew from the French Open due to a right oblique injury and did not participate in the US Open, as he was still recovering from an abdominal injury.

Where Will Berrettini Compete Next?

Looking ahead, Berrettini’s first ATP Tour tournament of the 2026 season will be the Australian Open, as he has not signed up for any ATP tournaments before the Melbourne Major.

However, the former World No. 6 will participate in the 2026 Kooyong Classic, an exhibition event scheduled to take place from January 13 to 15, 2026. The matches will take place at the  Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club in Melbourne, Australia.

In addition to Berrettini, other players expected to compete at the Kooyong Classic include Nick Kyrgios, Frances Tiafoe, Alexander Bublik, Denis Shapovalov, Flavio Cobolli, Hubert Hurkacz, Karen Khachanov, Learner Tien, Lorenzo Musetti, Marin Cilic, and Zhang Zhizhen.
