American tennis star Jessica Pegula recently offered a playful reaction to an old vlog of fellow American Taylor Fritz that resurfaced online. After watching the clip, the WTA World No. 5 suggested that it almost seemed as if Fritz was always meant to be with his girlfriend, Morgan Riddle.
Riddle is a prominent social media influencer, model, and vlogger who frequently travels with Fritz on tour, documenting their journeys and behind-the-scenes moments from his tournaments across her social media platforms.

The couple connected on the exclusive dating app Raya in 2020 and have remained together since, often sharing glimpses of their life online. Riddle has been a regular presence at Fritz’s tournaments, cheering him on from the stands, including during his campaign at the 2026 Australian Open. She also expressed her support after her boyfriend lost to Ben Shelton in the Dallas Open final.
An old clip of Fritz recently resurfaced on Instagram, showing the American testing his vlogging skills as he spoke about his surroundings while holding a 4K Sony camera.
The world No. 7 appeared to be inside a room when he began filming and said, “I got this camera here and you could see it is a pretty nice camera. I hope* don’t lose it. Here is my room as you can see, pretty organized if you ask me actually. I actually know where everything is, believe it or not.”

The resurfaced clip sparked a flurry of reactions from netizens, with Pegula also chiming in. Amused by how naturally Fritz slipped into influencer mode while filming himself, the world No. 5 left a comment that read, “He was always destined to be with @moorrgs 😂.” Moreover, Fritz also reacted to the ATP Tour’s clip, commenting, “I hate it here.”

Fritz has yet to fully tap into his potential in the 2026 season, which he began with a fourth-round exit at the Australian Open. He showed some improvement at the Dallas Open, overcoming Marcos Giron, Brandon Nakashima, and Sebastian Korda, before defeating Marin Čilić in the semifinals to reach the final.
However, he could not overcome Ben Shelton, losing 6-3, 3-6, 5-7, despite taking the first set. His most recent outing came at Delray Beach, where he was stopped in the quarterfinals by Tommy Paul.
