The Venus Rosewater Dish sits safely in Iga Świątek’s trophy case, but the Polish star isn’t dwelling on her historic Wimbledon triumph. Instead, she’s trading her racket for a jet ski and swapping the grass courts of the All England Club for crystal-clear waters.
Just days after capturing her sixth Grand Slam title with a dominant performance at the 2025 Wimbledon Championships, Świątek is living her best life on vacation, diving into the water with friends and tearing across the waves.

Now that the Venus Rosewater Dish is hers, Świątek is enjoying some well-earned downtime. She took to social media to share a video of herself and a couple of friends diving into the water from a yacht.
The Polish star also posted several pictures and videos showcasing her jet skiing adventures, proving she’s just as comfortable on the water as she is on the tennis court.
Świątek’s path to Wimbledon wasn’t exactly smooth sailing heading into the tournament. At the 2025 Bad Homburg Open, she put together a solid run before coming up short against Jessica Pegula in the championship match.

That disappointment became fuel for what happened next. At Wimbledon, Świątek entered as the eighth seed and methodically dismantled her competition and booked her spot in the final.
The championship match turned into a masterclass, as Świątek delivered a flawless 6-0, 6-0 victory against Amanda Anisimova, capturing her first grass-court Major and her sixth Grand Slam title overall. The double bagel was as dominant as tennis gets at this level.
This was also her first trophy since capturing her fourth French Open title in 2024, ending a longer drought than usual for the Polish phenom.
More importantly, it pushed her Grand Slam final record to a perfect six wins and zero losses, cementing her status as one of the game’s most clutch performers when it matters most.
What’s Next for Świątek’s Hard Court Season?
While Świątek is currently living it up on vacation, her return to competitive tennis is just around the corner. After wrapping up her grass-court season with the Wimbledon title, she’s set to kick off her hard-court campaign at the 2025 Canadian Open. The tournament runs from July 27 to August 7, 2025, at the IGA Stadium in Montreal.
The Canadian Open holds mixed memories for Świątek. She last competed in the WTA 1000 tournament in 2023, entering as the top seed and receiving a first-round bye to start her campaign in the second round. Świątek cruised past Karolína Plíšková, then followed up with a win over 14th seed Karolína Muchová.
Her quarterfinal matchup against qualifier Danielle Collins proved more challenging, but Świątek found a way to win 6-3, 4-6, 6-2. However, her run ended in the semifinals when she fell to eventual champion Jessica Pegula, losing 2-6, 7-6(4), 4-6. Pegula got the better of her twice that summer, having also beaten Świątek in the Bad Homburg final just before Wimbledon.
Following Montreal, Świątek will head to the 2025 Cincinnati Open. In 2024, she again entered as the top seed and started in the second round after receiving a bye. The Polish star took care of business against qualifier Varvara Gracheva, 15th seed Marta Kostyuk, and Mirra Andreeva before falling to eventual champion Aryna Sabalenka in the semifinals.
The main event, though, will be the 2025 US Open. Świątek has fond memories of Flushing Meadows, having captured the title back in 2022. The quarterfinals brought a showdown with eighth seed Pegula, and Świątek came out on top to reach the semifinals.
There, she eliminated sixth seed Sabalenka to book her place in the final. In the championship match, Świątek faced fifth seed Ons Jabeur and delivered a 6-2, 7-6(5) victory to claim her first New York Major title and her third Grand Slam title overall.
Now with six Grand Slams under her belt, she’ll return to the US Open as one of the favorites to add a seventh.
