Grigor Dimitrov Reacts to Sofía Vergara Complimenting Eiza González

Dimitrov and the Mexican actress and singer González have been together for nearly a year, having first been spotted together in April 2025. The couple officially confirmed their relationship in May when the actress celebrated the Bulgarian’s birthday with a heartfelt social media post.

At the premiere of her new American science fiction action-comedy film, “Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice,” González wore a stunning black off-the-shoulder lace bodycon dress.

“MIKE & NICK & NICK & ALICE PREMIERE 🤍 SO THRILLED for you all to laugh your butt off this Friday on @HULU. Shot by the talented @andiejjane,” González captioned her Instagram post.

This outfit drew a reaction from Vergara, who complimented González and jokingly expressed that it was “annoying” how “amazing” she looked in everything she wore.

“Ugh, how annoying. Why do you have to look amazing in everything?” Vergara commented (translated from Spanish).

In response to Vergara, Dimitrov praised González, expressing that he is “crushing” on González’s looks. He also referred to the Mexican as a “stunner.”

“@sofiavergara because she is 🔥😍 I’m crushing so hard right how!” Dimitrov replied.

“Stunner!!! ❤️,” the Bulgarian wrote.

On the tennis side of things, Dimitrov recently concluded his run on the North American hard-court swing, participating in three tournaments: the 2026 Dallas Open, the Mexican Open, and both the Indian Wells and Miami Open.

In Dallas and Acapulco, the former World No. 3 lost in the first round to Alex Michelsen and Térence Atmane, respectively. At the ATP Masters 1000 tournament in California, he defeated Atmane in the first round but was then eliminated in the second round by Carlos Alcaraz. In Florida, he faced another first-round exit, losing to Raphaël Collignon.

Looking ahead, Dimitrov will begin his clay-court season, with his next appearance expected at the 2026 Monte-Carlo Masters. The tournament is scheduled to take place from April 5 to April 12, 2026, and the matches will be played on the outdoor clay courts at the Monte Carlo Country Club in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, France.

In addition to the former World No. 3, players like Jannik Sinner, Alexander Zverev, Lorenzo Musetti, Alex de Minaur, Taylor Fritz, Félix Auger-Aliassime, defending champion Carlos Alcaraz, as well as former champions like Novak Djokovic, Stefanos Tsitsipas, and Andrey Rublev are also expected to compete in the ATP Masters 1000 clay-court tournament.

Last year, Dimitrov was seeded 15th at the Monte-Carlo Masters and started his campaign by defeating Nicolás Jarry (6-3, 6-4) in the first round. He then overcame Wild Card Valentin Vacherot (4-6, 6-3, 6-1) and Alejandro Tabilo (6-3, 3-6, 6-2) in the second and third rounds, respectively. His run at the tournament ended in the quarterfinals when he lost (6-0, 6-0) to eighth seed De Minaur.
