World No. 3 Coco Gauff showed love for her family, as she revealed glimpses of enjoying the Thanksgiving celebrations with them, highlighting her singing skills in a fun karaoke session with her brothers dancing in the background.
The American star concluded her 2025 season with her fourth WTA Finals appearance, where she lost two group stage matches to Jessica Pegula and Aryna Sabalenka, and won against Jasmine Paolini, thus ending the dream of defending her title.
Coco Gauff Unveils Her Thanksgiving Celebration With Family With a Fun Singing and Dancing Session
The Atlanta, Georgia, native bid adieu to her 2025 season, during which she clinched her maiden French Open and Wuhan Open titles after defeating Aryna Sabalenka and Jessica Pegula. She also won the Canadian Open women’s doubles with McCartney Kessler.
Furthermore, she also reached the finals at the Madrid Open, losing to Aryna Sabalenka, and the Italian Open, losing to Jasmine Paolini, and advanced to the quarterfinal rounds in multiple tournaments.
She entered the 2025 WTA Finals, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as the defending champion, having won the title in 2024 by defeating Zheng Qinwen in the final round; however, she lost in the group stages, a repeat of her 2022 WTA Finals performance. In the 2023 WTA Finals, she had advanced to the semifinals.
Through her Instagram stories, Gauff revealed that she enjoyed her Thanksgiving celebrations with her family, including a Karaoke session with her brothers as the background dancers. She added in the caption, “love my family sm.” and “Didn’t go live this year lol but here’s my karaoke set for this year 😭elevated it with some background dancers.”

Through her earlier Instagram post on November 8, 2025, the 21-year-old reflected on her season, expressing the intensity of the schedule, her gratitude, and acknowledging both achievements and losses, as well as her appreciation for those who supported her.

She added, “My 2025 season is officially over, and it was a longggg one. It was filled with some disappointments but mainly positives and when I look back at it, I feel proud of all the things I accomplished. Thank you guys for your love and support, thank you to my family, my friends, my team, and God. see you guys back on court next year, we uppppp😛😏.”
Gauff had also become the first American player since legend Serena Williams to reach three WTA 1000 finals in a calendar year, finishing her season with 48 wins and 16 losses.
