Former French tennis player Caroline Garcia has recently announced that she will be welcoming her first child with her husband, Borja Duran. Her pregnancy announcement sparked a wave of heartfelt congratulations from tennis stars, including Paula Badosa, Sloane Stephens, Ons Jabeur, Danielle Collins, Gael Monfils, and many more.

Paula Badosa, Sloane Stephens, and Others Admirably React After Caroline Garcia Announces First Pregnancy

Garcia, the former world No. 4, played professional tennis from 2011 to 2025 and clinched 19 WTA Tour titles, 11 in singles, including two French Open titles, and 8 in doubles. Apart from this, she also participated in the mixed doubles and the Hopman Cup, and in 2019 won the Fed Cup international women’s team tennis tournament with France.

She concluded her professional career after playing in the 2025 US Open, where she lost the first round to Kamilla Rakhimova. The couple began dating in 2023, announced their engagement in June 2024, and married in July 2025. After tying the knot, the French star admirably wrote, “The most beautiful day of our lives,” and shared glimpses from the day in her Instagram post.

She recently revealed she is expecting her first child with Duran, unveiling the joyful news through an Instagram post that captured the two of them on a beautiful beach. In her caption, she added, “The Family is Growing 🍼🩵.”
