The draw for the much-talked-about the AO 1 Point Slam has officially been released, and it consists of big names like Iga Światek, Carlos Alcaraz, and Coco Gauff, among others. The sold-out Rod Laver Arena is ready to host one of the most unusual tennis events, and the winner takes all.

The event will feature 48 players, mixing top-level pros, amateurs, and celebrity wildcards into one knockout bracket where every match comes down to a single point. The AO 1 Point Slam will start today at 7:30 pm local time. Fans in Australia can watch on Stan Sport and 9NOW, while viewers overseas can watch it on ESPN and Tennis Channel in the US, TNT Sports 3 and Discovery+ in the UK, and TSN and RDS in Canada. Each match will be decided by just one point. The server is chosen by rock-paper-scissors. Amateur players get two serves, while professionals get only one. There are no second chances. With men and women sharing the same bracket, the crossover matchups are one of the event’s biggest attractions.
Along with the 1 million AUD (670k USD approx.) prize money for the winner, the event also supports grassroots tennis. Every participant represents an Australian tennis club, and the winning player’s club will receive a 50,000 AUD (33,500 USD approx.) grant.
