Rob Gronkowski, a four-time Super Bowl champion, retired from the NFL after the 2021 season.
Since then, he has been enjoying retirement alongside his longtime girlfriend, Camille Kostek, who was recently featured in the Sports Illustrated “Swimsuit Edition.”

In response to an Instagram post showcasing the shoot, Gronkowski left a one-word review: “Wowsers,” accompanied by two fire and two heart emojis.

Gronkowski and Kostek’s Relationship Timeline
Gronkowski and Kostek met at a Goodwill charity event in 2013.
“He ripped off his ‘Hi, My name is Rob Gronkowski’ sticker on his T-shirt. He had written his phone number on the back,” Kostek said on SiriusXM.
She initially declined to take the number, but a teammate of Gronkowski’s handed it to her anyway.
“I was a rookie. I was like, ‘Oh no, no, no, I can’t take this. I can’t take his number.’ And then [his teammate] was like, ‘Just take it,’ and I was like, ‘Okay,’ and I put it in my pocket. And I never spoke about it again.”
Eventually, she FaceTimed Gronkowski, and they later took their relationship public.
The couple confirmed their romance in 2015 when Kostek was spotted in the stands at one of Gronkowski’s games.
In 2019, she commented on his first retirement from football, saying, “I think he is messing with everybody. Then again, he stumps me all the time, so who knows? He could be pulling this out of the woodwork at some time. I would love to see him out there, but I am also respecting him taking this time for himself, healing up his body, and enjoying the time off.”
That same year, Kostek landed on the cover of Sports Illustrated’s “Swimsuit Edition” for the first time.
Fast forward to 2021, and the couple adopted a French bulldog, Ralphie, in February.
“I told myself if I win the Super Bowl, I got to get a French bulldog, and I won the Super Bowl, so I had to go through with the plans!” Gronkowski said.
In 2022, Gronkowski said Kostek wanted him to play another season but ultimately supported his decision to retire.
Most recently, in 2025, FOX Sports’ Jordan Schultz spoke with Gronkowski amid rumors of a potential return, but the former tight end shut them down.
