As the offseason programs around the NFL begin ahead of training camp, the New England Patriots’ social media team posted a video of the team having a scavenger hunt around the building. Unsurprisingly, as has been the case with anything Patriots-related over the past month or so since the alleged affair between head coach Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini came to light, the responses to the video have been relentless.
All Patriots’ Social Media Content Turns Into a Roast-Fest
The clip posted on X by the Patriots’ social media team starts by revealing the team is having a “family scavenger hunt.” It then cuts to Vrabel telling the players to get their family together, which appears to be a group of players.

The video then shows players going around the Patriots’ building, looking for various objects. Overall, it’s nothing that anyone would really think twice of, but again, with the Vrabel and Russini drama continuing and seemingly not stopping anytime soon, X didn’t hold back.
“Mike Vrabel is still searching for the hidden cameraman,” Cozy Bryant said, referencing the pictures taken of Vrabel and Russini atop the Ambiente in Sedona, Arizona, and perhaps the other places they’ve been spotted together, which include a New York bar, going on a boat in Tennessee, at a casino, and at a Super Bowl party.
“I’m impressed that your PR team is allowing you guys to post still,” another user wrote amid the endless sarcastic comments about Vrabel.
“Interesting way to find out who keeps leaking all this Russini business,” said Chuck Bass, an account that posts humorous/satirical content.
That’s not even close to the end of the comments this received. Again, this was meant to be a feel-good piece of social media content, but the Internet wasn’t having it.
“I hope they find Vrabel’s character & integrity because those appear to have gone missing a loooong time ago,” said X user Mary.

“Trying to find Vrabel’s burner phone lmao,” Darren Schaefer wrote, referencing a now-defunct X account, Mike Masters, which fans allege was a burner account from Vrabel.

The original story of Vrabel and Russini was published by Page Six, but TMZ has been tracking down more information after missing out on the initial story.
And finally, X account Comedy of Things offered some advice: “The team should probably stop posting for a bit.”
The next big thing to happen in the NFL will be the schedule release. The Patriots won the AFC East last season, thanks in part to a PFSN Offense Impact score of 86.6, which was second in the league.
In addition to facing a tougher schedule this season, PFSN notes that the Patriots, along with the Chicago Bears, Kansas City Chiefs, Arizona Cardinals, and Los Angeles Chargers, are among the candidates to face the Seattle Seahawks in the season opener.
