Nebraska Volleyball’s Laney Choboy Shows Off Custom Outfit Supporting Boyfriend and Husker Football’s Jeremiah Charles

Nebraska volleyball player Laney Choboy recently showed off her custom game-day outfit for the Huskers’ football blackout game against USC. The Huskers football team took the field in striking black jerseys on the occasion, but Matt Rhule’s squad ultimately fell 21-17.

However, the defeat wasn’t the only blow for the Cornhuskers. The team also suffered a significant setback as quarterback Dylan Raiola exited in the third quarter with a lower-leg injury, ruling him out for the remainder of the college football season.

The Nebraska volleyball player has been a consistent presence in the team’s lineup, playing a key role in their unbeaten streak. Throughout the season, she has been alternating the libero position with teammate Olivia Mauch, a move that has challenged both players to remain adaptable.

During a press conference, Choboy shared that she and Mauch are highly competitive yet equally supportive of each other, regardless of who earns the libero spot in a given match. She also credited her coaches for helping her build confidence, which she values deeply and doesn’t take for granted.
