As preparations continue on the ice, attention around the group has also focused on their families.

Connor McDavid’s Wife Unveils Oilers Playoff Merch, Receiving Support From Leon Draisaitl’s Partner

McDavid and Draisaitl’s partners, Lauren Kyle and Celeste Desjardins, have garnered attention off the ice with a full reveal of new Edmonton Oilers merchandise tied to the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs. The rollout came through a series of Instagram stories, where both shared coordinated looks designed by Kyle’s fashion label, Sports Club Atelier.

Kyle, who launched the brand in late 2024, opened the sequence with a close look at a custom suede Oilers jacket that reflects her design direction. The piece featured “Edmonton Oilers” text across the back, along with leather paneling that balanced the neutral-toned base. Another frame zoomed in on personalized stitching that read “McDavid” and “Playoffs 26,” marking the postseason connection.

Some other stories featured the whole group, where Oilers players’ partners gathered outside a local Edmonton venue to debut matching jackets. The coordinated appearance highlighted a unified look among the group, including Celeste Desjardins and Alannah Hyman, as they introduced what has become a yearly tradition tied to playoff runs.

Kyle continued the rollout with a mirror selfie alongside Desjardins, offering a closer view of how the jackets were styled for the opening game. That moment connected directly to the following picture, which showed the group walking toward Rogers Place, with the back details of the jackets clearly visible, including the names of their respective partners.

Beyond apparel, Kyle added a lifestyle touch with a display of custom jersey-themed jackets. Each piece featured player names and numbers, including McDavid (97), Hyman (18), and Bouchard (2), with colors matching the team’s official jersey. Another frame showed the in-arena scene, with the Rogers Place jumbotron highlighting McDavid during the opener.

The final part of her series returned to product detail, showing a flat lay of the jacket paired with accessories. The design included embossed Oilers branding and subtle references to current roster numbers.
