The Arizona Cardinals put up their best performance of the 2025 season in Week 9 against the Dallas Cowboys. Now, the Cardinals will look to carry that momentum into Week 10 against the Seattle Seahawks.
With a short week, Arizona only had three days of practice before heading to Seattle.
On Friday morning, coach Jonathan Gannon announced that three key defenders would miss Week 10, and later that day, the Cardinals released their injury report for Sunday’s game against the Seahawks.
Who’s on the Cardinals’ Injury Report?
The Cardinlas had a walkthrough on Tuesday and then practiced on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday this week. After being on the injury report on Wednesday and Thursday, safety Budda Baker is off the Friday injury report.
Baker’s importance to the Cardinals’ defense cannot be understated, as they put up their best performance of the season last week, according to PFSN’s Defense Impact.
That’s the good news for Arizona, as it’ll already be without linebacker Mack Wilson Sr., and cornerbacks Will Johnson and Max Melton. Who else is on the Cardinals’ injury report?
LB BJ Ojulari – OUT
Gannon also announced Ojulari would not be activated for Sunday’s game. The Cardinals’ linebacker was a limited practice participant all week, just as he was last week, but he’s not ready to make his season debut yet.
Ojulari hasn’t played in over a year and will need at least one more week before he’s ready to return.
S Kitan Crawford – QUESTIONABLE
Crawford was a limited practice participant on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with a hamstring injury.
The rookie safety was a seventh-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and has played in seven games this year. Crawford has eight tackles and a pass defended.
Crawford missed Week 7 against the Green Bay Packers, but returned in Week 9 against the Cowboys. With the Cardinals’ secondary already beat up, it would be surprising if Crawford is unable to go on Sunday.
OL Will Hernandez – QUESTIONABLE
Hernandez was also a limited practice participant all week due to a knee injury.
The Cardinals’ offensive lineman came back from an ACL injury earlier this year and has played in Arizona’s last four games.
It’s something to monitor, but Gannon didn’t say anything further on Hernandez when speaking with the media.
WR Xavier Weaver – QUESTIONABLE
Similarly, Weaver was a limited practice participant all week, as well as last week.
The second-year receiver has played in four games this season on offense and special teams. Gannon didn’t add anything on Weaver’s injury heading into the weekend.
Who Was on the Injury Report but Doesn’t Have a Game Status?
Offensive lineman Kelvin Beachum did not practice on Wednesday due to veteran rest, but was a full participant on Thursday and Friday. He will play on Sunday.
Cornerback Kei’Trel Clark was a limited practice participant on Wednesday and Thursday with an ankle injury, but practiced in full on Friday. He’ll play a key role on Sunday with Johnson and Melton out.
Wide receiver Zay Jones was a limited practice participant on Wednesday and Thursday due to a knee injury, but practiced in full on Friday and will play on Sunday.
Defensive lineman Calais Campbell did not practice on Friday due to veteran rest, but does not have a game designation for Sunday and will play.
