The fans in Germany could see a lot of calls with two of the most penalized teams in the league playing, the Colts and Patriots. Both teams are in the top eight for penalties called against them this season. Tra Blake’s crew has the game, and they have thrown an NFL-high 14.88 penalties per game.

Carl Cheffers and his crew have called an NFL-low 10 penalties a game this season. They are in Cincinnati this week for the game between the Texans and Bengals. Cincinnati has had an NFL-low 37 penalties called against them in eight games this season, while the Texans have had 55 flags thrown against them in eight games.
